Locals recommended, said it was spendy but quite good. I will agree. I had the chicken fried steak with 2 basted eggs, hash browns, 1 slice of toast and coffee. Total was $17.75 plus tip. The cf steak was unusual, not really a batter on it. Filling, none the less. Wait staff is friendly, and is a younger staff. Did good on coffee refills. Evidently, Oregon doesn’t charge tax on anything. It is in a strip mall, easy access in and out. Bathrooms are super clean as well!

Loved the pancakes! The serving size is generous and the price is reasonable. We frequently come to this place and typically split a pancake and order of sausage links. The total cost, including coffee, is only $14.25.

Best biscuits and Gravy I’ve had in awhile. Traditional diner menu and atmosphere. From the outside, you wouldn’t know what was waiting for you inside. I was pleasantly surprised and look forward to next time.

The service was great. Perfect actually. But the food . Seasoned potatoes out of a package. Really. The pancakes and biscuit tasted like they were made from a mix. I’d rather make from scratch at home. The veggie skillet had a few canned olives and some chopped bell pepper. Where’s the veggies?

I had been here a couple of times as a kid and thought it was great, but living out of town i didn’t get a chance to visit often. Coming here as an adult i was blown out of the water. Very friendly staff, exceptional atmosphere and generous portions of food. I was expecting serving similar to another local diner but they plates were huge and they were full. Excellent prices for the amount and the quality of food 10/10 would recommend eating here

I went on a Friday morning so although there was a decent crowd, it wasn’t slammed and we didn’t have to wait to be seated. Overall I was happy with the meal. My wife and ordered the country fried steak skillet and the corned beef hash. The skillet wasn’t bad, but the hash was where it was at. The skillet fried the potatoes similar to a French fry and the meat was a bit thin, but the flavor was good. The hash is what I’ll be ordering again though. Nice big hunks of meat with potatoes that we covered in over medium eggs. I recommend. We tried a cinnamon roll as well and it was nice and moist ang gooey, I’ll admit I think they used to be bigger, but I dont need an extra large cinnamon roll and this was perfectly sized.

The people working seemed nice but unfortunately the food was not good. Hash browns were both soggy and not browned, gravy was bland, chicken fried steak was actually inedible, Monte Cristo sandwich was soggy, fries were soggy, toast was soggy. Eggs were undercooked, but edible. We literally threw $30+ worth of food in the trash.

Great food, service was “slow”, but due to the place being packed – they were just super busy with everyone! Only real complaints are the crowd size & associated noise that made it hard to even talk at our table, and that they supposedly took reservations and left customers (that were already there) stand outside for an extra 30mins (over what we’d been told the wait time would be) as those call ins finally showed up. We know for next time I guess!

This may have been a great breakfast restaurant at one point but the place is just barely OK. Coffee was weak “older folks like it that way” said the server. Deep fried home fries? No onions or peppers and seasoned with who knows what. I had the eggs Benedict that were cooked to perfection but the sauce was definitely out of a can. AII in all it wasn’t worth visiting
