They always make me feel welcome.The food as always was delicious, and the portions more than enough. I never tip at “fast food” but because of the whole staff being so awesome, I tipped. I went to Qdoba for lunch with a coworker, and the ladies there were so friendly. Bella was the one who served us and she was the sweetest lady ever! Made us feel like family. The food was beyond delicious, I haven’t been there in so long I forgot how wonderful the food is. Love the fact that you get a side of guac for free. Everywhere else charges you. The place was clean and well-kept, will definitely be going there more often. 5 stars!!

I had a pickup order and I selected extra rice in my bowl and when I picked it up it had no rice in it at all. They also didn’t leave me a fork in the bag…I come here a lot and was disappointed for the first time:( I tried to call the store and after being on hold for a while I just hung up.

My partner and I just went in for food tonight and the two line servers on the closing crew (an AFAB and AMAB) were very unwelcoming and borderline rude. Foodwise, they weren’t keeping things freshly rotated and were out of guacamole, which I’m aware can sometimes be out of employees’ control, but is very disappointing for a Qdoba experience nonetheless. My partner and I both felt rushed out- we were being hurried along through the cash-out process while we were still attempting to order things. I used to work at Qdoba as well, so it isn’t like I don’t understand the job. I used to be a closer at the South Westnedge location in Portage, which is one of the busiest locations in Michigan. There’s no valid excuse for the service we had.
