SOUL is a beautiful restaurant! I was visiting Nashville, from Boston, with my family and I came across this restaurant on tiktok. I love soulfood, so I had to try it, and it didn’t disappoint! The food was perfectly seasoned! The vibe was great, music was amazing and the staff and owner were so nice and accommodating. Can we talk about the decor?? It was unlike any restaurant I’ve ever been to, so creative and gorgeous! Definitely go support this restaurant!

The decor was outstanding. Very sexy, unique, and sophisticated. The waitstaff was very attentive and worked as a team. The band was amazing, and the lead singer had so much personality. The food was plentiful and packed in a lot of flavor. I highly recommend this place for a date night, and I heard that their brunch is just as great. Go for the food, decor, and live music.

Wins: Had an absolute blast. The band was great and the atmosphere was everything. I will be back for more fun. Opportunities: Parking is limited, so I would recommend carpooling or taking an Uber. The service also needs improvement. I ordered the catfish and fries and a margarita pitcher. I waited every bit of 45 minutes before the food came out, but tasted great. I actually never got the margarita, and ended up cancelling it and got a sprite instead. Our waitress just seemed overwhelmed and was definitely handling more guests than what any one person could reasonably handle.

Absolutely stunning esthetics and vibe. Great music and the live entertainment was a new level of interaction. He had the crowd singing, read the room and carried it well. We only had one issue with an order, otherwise everything was phenomenal. Cheers to the group/person responsible for this spot!

Ok so this place is beautiful and it sets the mood. the server was wonderful very nice and she stayed calm. Here it comes I ordered grits and shrimp my food was cold cold cold and I had to send it back, my friend ordered a bloody Mary and there was a fly in it I was grossed out but my friend said it happens when the person comes and brings food to the table there puting the plate in your face asking did you order this very rude and your putting other ppl food in my face not on the table, it was so unorganized very bad so they brought me my food and it was good and hot this time and my friend ordered grits after me and they brought it to the table cold there were so many issues this would be the longest review if I’d ever wrote everything, sorry I will never go back to this place and wouldn’t recommend

We had a great time at Soul for my mom’s birthday!! The food was good with a couple exceptions, but I know that they are in the process of working it all out, so I’ll give them a pass for now. The food and presentation is much better than the first time I went. Overall it’s a great place to experience!!

We traveled 2 hours 15 mins to try this place, it was beautiful and live music, the wait was about 25 min. Soon as we sat down our experience went left, service was terrible and food was terrible also, several people left and complained. It was a Sunday and we had brunch. The food was not appealing to the taste or eye. I spent 40$ and I’m just shocked. Again beautiful place and atmosphere, but it must have been an off day.
