I like going to this Starbucks because they’re always accommodating. Kenny always knows exactly what to make if they’re out of what you want. Sometimes I don’t even know what I want and she makes me something she thinks me or my girlfriend would like. She’s really fast and nice.

Only if shopping at Target will I patronize this Starbucks. Sometimes they are closed, once they were having a meeting. They seem to run out of ingredients frequently. Also, it is always nice when the 4 or 5 people in line behind you get their drinks 1st… helps me practice diplomacy.

The girl that was working yesterday messed up my order. She made it with way too much chocolate and gave my cousin the wrong milk substitute. I also brought a lemon pound cake slice which was out of date. Waste of 14 dollars never again!

They don’t keep proper hours as posted. The one lady who always works really only knows how to make 1 drink since they all taste the same regardless of what flavor you’ve ordered. They tend to talk to other store staff who like to hang out at the counter while they are making your order. …maybe that’s why they all taste the same-less talking, more focusing.
