Vibe- This is a neat coffee house in Richmond, TX! They have a coffee menu and a food menu with a few items as well. There’s seating outside on the front and plenty of seating outside on the back. There’s a good amount of inside seating too.

A true community coffee shop!! I was impressed by Blockhouse from top to bottom. The staff was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable, the sitting areas were very varied depending on what you want to do, and the coffee was fantastic. Blockhouse is built to provide an awesome environment for kids all the way to professionals and I plan on coming back for all kinds of reasons. I’m so happy it’s in Richmond!

Blockhouse Coffee serves a large variety of delicious and well crafted coffees that can satisfy most of the currently trending flavor profiles. The pastries are from a local bakery and include the usual sweet delights like muffins and croissants. There is a good variety of freshly made savory offerings as well for those of us trying to avoid a sugar bomb.

My husband told me about this place and finally got to explore it. Definitely lives up to the hype. Beautiful atmosphere and delicious food/drinks. I had the muffin and the iced matcha latte. Both delicious. Definitely a spot I will keep in mind! They seem really rooted in the community of Richmond.

Always on the lookout for non- chain local coffee shops, got a chance to visit this. Small town vibes when you reach here. Tastefully decorated and the lady on the counter was friendly and welcoming. Ordered a cortado and cappuccino along with an avocado toast. Everything was delicious. Coffee is of great quality . The toast was awesome- the tomato could be a bit less cold :).

Really enjoyed our breakfast at Blockhouse! We visited on a Friday morning and there were several people there but we were able to find seating. We also loved the parking in the back by the playground because of the large shaded trees. I ordered the avocado toast but added an egg and it was really good. I didn’t grab any coffee this visit, but I love that you can grab some self serve water. Really enjoy this location for a quick bite and conversation with a loved one. As always the staff were super helpful, attentive and kind. After our visit we were able to check out the stores next door. Such great small businesses with some unique items, worth strolling in to take a visit! Will definitely be back!

I found this Gem in Richmond! I ordered a cold brew with their housemade vanilla syrup and a breakfast bagel. Everything was delicious. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service was quick too. Definitely a good spot for a coffee run.
