Bland bland bland. Months ago, I placed a DoorDash pickup order and arrived when DD notified me of it being ready. When I arrived, they hadn’t even started making my order. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes for bland food. Get some spices and herbs in that kitchen!!!

Wow! I am speechless the food is absolutely amazing!! Not only is the food delicious but the customer service was great! I ordered the fried catfish and rotisserie chicken and both was what my soul needed. Let me also add that the store is immaculate. I will definitely be visiting famous fish chicken in waffles again. Firstly as soon as i walked in i was immediately greeted buy a wonderful young women. The menu was impressive, oddly enough it was the mac and cheese and honey bourbon wings that won my stomach and heart over. The staff was wonderful the food was wonderful and the inhouse tea lemonade was just amazing!! Over all A for amazing!

Terrible service, I understand the location just opened, and I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, however they messed my order up twice! And both times they blamed it on me. Everyone in the location from the cashier to Sammy is clueless. Don’t intend on eating at this location again. Literally argued with the entire staff to determine they were even wrong. And even when they stated they were clueless they still did not want to provide me with a discount or meal on the house..Terrible customer service!
