1 star is still to high to rate it. Some dark haired girl talked down to my grandma in such a way I wouldn’t even speak to a dog, all because we were trying to understand an issue with an order. My grandmother asked the girls name and she refused to give it, so now it’s a battle with corporate. It’s a shame how the company would have such a rude and hateful person employed.

something has changed in the last few months, & its certainly for the better. the new girls are kind, always get my order correct, keep it fresh even if im 10 min late, & are very experienced , kind! & most importantly, calm & non confrontational. when i pick up my food. im extremely pleased with how much better of quality this specific location has gotten with its employees, speed of service, & overall quality of the store.

Pathetic. Stood at counter well over 5 minutes without so much as a greeting. Manager Sat at a booth with 4 employees the entire time. Two other employees were either working the window or making food. The poor reviews about service in Leadington aren’t wrong. Took my money elsewhere. After reading the other reviews here I don’t see a reason to come back and try again. It isn’t hard to recognize a customer and let them know you’ll be with them soon. 100% a poor management problem

This is by far the worst KFC and worst fast food anywhere. A month ago I ordered a breast meal at the drive thru I pulled over to eat in my truck when I opened the box the piece of chicken wasn’t recognizable. I took it back and said I ordered a breast, she looked at it and said turn it over. Huh ? She said yeah it’s a breast you can see the rib cage. I said it’s the smallest one I’ve ever seen. It was half a breast. She called her manager who acted hateful about it. The chicken sandwich I got today wasn’t edible. Old and hard like it had sat for days. Worst I’ve ever had. My dogs had trouble chewing it up. I called corporate. They were nice and are refunding me with coupons but there’s a REAL problem at this place and the manager is awful. I never go this for but THIS is absolutely ridiculous and needs fixed immediately. Don’t waste your money.
