Great place for carnivores, but not vegans. At least the beans and rice are vegan, when other Mexican restaurants add chicken broth or butter to their rice. Grateful La Flama’s rice was free of animal products. A rare treat.

The hubby and i stop to this place in which it was recommended so I finally tried it 3/08/23 for dinner hours, the atmosphere was cozy and clean, the staff taking orders was patience with us when deciding what to try I ordered through Pollo Monterray it was hot and delicious will definitely be back.

The waitress must have been high or something because when I ordered my meal I asked for medium rare and she kept saying medium well… and my hubby asked for the same thing as me but without shrimp since he is allergic and get French fries, since the ribeye comes with two sides.. they bring out his with shrimp and fries, so we had to wait for them to redo it. And if you look at the pictures that is what you get as a salad… also they didn’t even have a baked potato even through it was on the menu as an option.

The food here is okay. If you have a craving for some subpar Mexican then this is the place for you. The staff is kinda friendly and the ambiance is very nice and calm. The restaurant would be amazing if the kept to original Mexican recipes and ingredients.

Usually we do take out. Its a Sunday after church thing for my in-laws. Foods always great! The price is eh reasonable except the price of the queso. However it is always a long wait, which is a tad irratating when it feels like your stomach is nawing you backbone. However food is worth the wait.
