We love the staff, they try their best and are extremely courteous. The ambiance is one of a kind, this is probably a great place to go after work and hang out. It is clean. Our bill was $250 for the four of us and that’s with drinks. We ordered two small meat platters to-go, and everyone said they were awesome. Drinks were okay, alcohol wasn’t too good (cheap) but that’s okay. I won’t be back though! Here’s why, we ordered something, and it just wasn’t good. The flavors were off and it was super salty. We didn’t eat it! I asked the waitress if we could substitute it for something else, and she said she’d ask the manager. She returns to our table, the manager says, “no” and we order another appetizer anyway, and had to pay for both. When the other appetizer comes, we could immediately identify it wasn’t fresh or had been reheated. The manager never came to our table to explain, or even offer a free pastry. In that moment, I let it go, but I did feel like I was ignored. Honestly, no way was I coming back to be not acknowledged. I agree with other reviewers, the food can be better but ownership has to take the reviews seriously. Not everything on the menu is worth the price, be careful what you order. I think a few small changes to service and the kitchen… and they’ll be great!

This is one big venue! You can have a large party here or just come for dinner and drinks. We came on a Sunday. There was a DJ and music videos to enjoy. We really enjoyed the steaks!! And the summer drinks were so nice!! Fun place!!

I stopped in late night for empanadas as I was hungry and I was close to the Promenade area. Parking was a little sketch as there were 2 groups of men hanging out by their cars. Service was very slow and the cashier charged me for something I did not order so it was an ordeal to get refunded. The empanadas are decent but not the best in the area. In a pinch, I’d come back but I will order ahead next time.

Great place to spend the evening with a loved one, or group. The prices are not too high. I think they’re good. The employees are great and the place is very clean inside and out. The rest room is also very clean. The food tastes great, and I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back soon. Just remember to have a great time being here.

One word – delicious, the food and service was excellent, I would definitely recommend 10/10. Food was hot and fresh. I’m so happy I don’t have to travel all the way to Elizabeth and worry about parking – ample parking. Mini paisa and garlic shrimp!

My and my family table of four came here for the first time. It wasn’t packed. I’d say perhaps half the restaurant was seated. The only thing that came out quick and at the right temperature was the alcoholic drinks. The food took over an hour and 20 to get to out table. When we got it everyone’s dish was like warm to cold. Then we order soda and the soda was warm not cold. The server kept telling us oh the food just came out. Speaking of the server we tired go look for her for about 20 mins and we couldn’t find her. We just wanted to know how much longer for our food. I believe we had 3 different kinds of steak and a fish. One of the steaks was on a skillet and was still barley warm. Food needs to sit out for a long time before it gets cold. No one enjoyed the food.

Food is terrible here. Tasteless at its worst. I ordered a steak, medium rare, came out medium well, and it had no salt on the steak. It was terrible. I ordered tostones, they were hard and cold. The drinks were very light on the alcohol but were charging premium prices for them. The only thing going for this place was the ambience. Service was ok, no negative comments there.

I hate to have to post a negative review but with our experience today i will not be coming back. i first called to confirm if we can set a reservation for mothers day for my wife & mother in law & 1 year old & we were told no reservation is required walk ins are accepted. when we arrive in the restaurant we wait about 10-15 mins which is completely fine on my end as i know being a wait list sometimes occurs. when we are finally seated we wait for almost half an hour & no one comes to serve or take our order. it wasnt until i went to the front desk to ask how much longer would it take to have someone serve our table i find out no server was ever assigned to us. when we finally get someone to help take our order we are told that he cant take our entree orders yet but only appetizer which i found odd. he disappears for 10-15mins & the returns with the appetizer order the server then states he has to come back in a bit to take our entree orders at this point we have been waiting for almost an hour now. when we finally get our food it was not worth the price paid the rice was salty & steak undercooked it look & tasted as it it was boiled the empandas seemed to be the only good thing we tried though. lastly the music & dj were extremely loud & made it very difficult to even have a conversation in the restaurant it became an annoyance more than entertainment. i appreciate great music & ambient but i dont see the need for why it needs to be so loud especially when there are kids present & csn cause hearing damage , i should have researched further in regards to how loud the music would be but thats on me .with that said i think the restaurant has a great look & atmosphere but is extremely unorganized with wait times & serving. not worth the high price paid for the level of quality & service.
