I ordered drive thru from here for the first time in a looooong time two weeks ago. The service was fantastic and it was honestly some of the best tasting extra crispy we’ve had from KFC that I can remember. The chicken was moist and not greasy at all. It was definitely crispy but also light and airy almost. We went again today and same great experience. Also looked like a different crew from two weeks before. So I don’t know if it’s just the weekend crew that’s knocking it out of the ball park or if this location is under new management. Whatever it is I hope it continues.

Food was typical KFC. It was okay on flavor and temperature. I know that the taste is no reflection on the employees. The service was good. It was quick and efficient. No complaints there. The atmosphere was.. clinical. It was clean, neat, and as cold as hell. Their ac works EXTREMELY well.

I usually don’t review places but this **** just wasn’t acceptable. Just trying to feed my son for lunch and not only did they try to give my order to someone else my order was totally wrong and when I asked if they could fix they looked at me like I asked them to perform heart surgery. Might of actually had a better experience if I just ordered take out on the app. Trash

Everybody’s Got One
I bought a 12-piece bucket and a large order of mashed potatoes. They didn’t give me a receipt or an order number so I have no idea how much they charged to my card — or even which card it was charged to. The online menu doesn’t show either of these items so I can’t calculate it for myself. Since I got it “to go” for someone else, I didn’t rate the atmosphere or the food. And with no receipt, I was unable to get reimbursed when I delivered it. This is no way to run a business.

What has happened to the size of the chicken being served at your restaurant? It’s a shame that you are serving chicken pieces instead of a full size piece of chicken. Some pieces are not identifiable. Stop selling it if you can’t do better than that. The prices you charge are too high for what you get! This is the second time this has happened because I thought that the other time was a mishap but it’s even worse this time!

Tried KFC again today. Our previous visit we ordered 8 piece meal only to get home and only get 7 pieces. Tried it again tonight on 17-92. 8 piece meal. Well here are 4 pieces. Itty bitty. For a child!! Unbelievable that they serve this to people!! It’s a huge RIP off. Only $29.00. Will not be going there again.

So I’m buying a meal at the drive-thru and when they tell me what I have to pay, is totally more than what it should be according to the prices on their menu. I let them know and the lady just says: “the prices went up”. Why don’t they update the prices on the menu then?!?!? Businesses should honor the prices they are announcing. Don’t charge customers more until the price is changed on the menu. Otherwise is false advertisement.

Time before last I orders a breast box with coleslaw. I like dipping my biscuit in the leftover dressing after the coleslaw is gone. It looked & tasted like the dressing was added with an eye dropper. (No dressing)

I’ve gotten uber eats from this KFC many times throughout the past couple years. This location is pretty great, the only thing they run out of a lot it seems is their special Mountain Dew. The food is always hot and fresh and I’ve never had a problem other than the drink.
