I’ve been going to this location a few times now and this jack n box is nothing like that other… in a bad way. You’ll be the only car in the drive through and after they give u your drinks they will make you go wait in front of the building about 20-30mins till you get your food. And the order is never correct. U ask for no mustard they put extra or forget all the all the fixing on the burger other than the patty. Service is so bad… At the window we always ask for ketchup and this last time just tops the cakes. The lady walks out to the car and hands me the bag of food and I ask if there is ketchup… her response “I don’t know I didn’t bag it” then walks away…. Does even offer to help. 2x times ago we went for dinner and the employee said we aren’t service food and it was 4pm….I don’t know what’s happening to this location but it’s going down quick.

Probably the most bizarre fast food experience I’ve ever had. All external doors to the building were locked (at 2pm) so I snuck in when someone inside opened the door for someone else. No one spoke very good English, everyone was speaking Spanish inside. Not a problem if they could take an order and everything but… they couldn’t.

Even though the guy said our order was being worked on and after two cars that pulled in after us got their order I went in to find out our order was deleted and wasn’t started. It’s so hard to go to this Jack in the box. Yeah talk to the people and they stare at you like they don’t know what you’re talking about. I asked him but they still had their old mention menu or just this new build your own one and she looked at me like I was crazy. We’ve had numerous problems with the same kind of thing and just being ignored by the staff and it just makes the whole atmosphere feel uncomfortable even inside the store.
