Ordered BEFORE closing…they canceled my order both attempts. When I called to ask why a FEMALE answered the phone and hung up on me right away as soon as I started talking about my canceled order…called RIGHT BACK and a MALE answered and said sorry we are closed I’m walking out the door right now. Well they are open until 12am. He said no we are closed I’m here all alone, I said no a girl just answered and hung up on me and he told me that’s impossible because he’s there all alone and they are closed. So they close before actual closing time and cancel orders without even calling customers. And hang up on them on the phone multiple times so they don’t have to deal with complaints. Pretty sad I’m a customer who uses them at least once a week. I’ll be calling in the morning to speak to the manager since the “night” manager closes early cancels orders and lies to customers.

Last night I called in my order 2 parmesan Philly cheese steaks for pickup. I was told it would be ready 15-20 minutes. When I get there I give the worker my name and he first tells me that my order isn’t there and said are you sure it’s this location. I replied yes. He tried to tell me that I ordered somewhere else. Finally he found my ticket and it wasn’t even made yet. I had no problem waiting. I understand they are busy. When I get my order I did check to make there was sauce but I didn’t pay attention to what kind of sauce. When I got home and started eating I was very disappointed. Every time I have order the Philly cheese steak papa dilla it comes with the garlic butter sauce. When I got my order last night it had ranch sauce in both. I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal with the garlic butter. The worst thing was the meat. I usually get plenty of meat and cheese but last night there was hardly no meat on my cheese steak mostly all cheese. I really like what I ordered that’s why I ordered 2, one for later. Won’t do that again. It’s sad no one takes pride in their work anymore.

Do yourself a favor and don’t give them money. Ordered for delivery, they shipped it off with DoorDash, which I specifically ordered from the store so I didn’t have to deal with that. Then DoorDash person forgot the 2 liter because clearly it’s hard to look at the phone. Called the store and they said “we will handle it”. No 2 liter came and I figured they would refund me, nope no refund either. So they will just steal your money.

This location is dirty; the workers here don’t wear masks during the pandemic, and lack hairnets for those with long hair. When the customer in front of me pointed out the missing masks, the employee’s response was, “So what?! I’m social distancing.” Then the employee remarked, “he’ll get over it,” as the customer canceled his order & left; the other employees chuckled. I canceled my order as well.

4 stars. Added to order last minute. Delivery driver picked up the phone..just to pick it up I suppose. No one dropped my item. Waited inside for ten min before someone pulled away from the football game and asked my name. No order inside. Only one or two actually working, cleaning, being productive. No regard to customers inside with employees vulgarity. Asked for manager. He refunded my money. Still was missing three sauce cups ordered when I specifically asked if they were placed with order. Ordered extra pepperchini and they were also not provided.

Do not support this business. Their drivers have no respect for the neighborhood. They speed everywhere and litter. I watched a driver speed by then throw the receipt out the window. I called the location on Thomas and 7th street and verified it was there driver. The manger basically told me it didn’t matter and asked what he should do about it then hung up on me. I’ve attached the receipt that was thrown out the window. I blocked out customers name and address. I was told Luis Garcia was the manager I talked to. This happened on May 8th.

These workers are not smart. No other way to describe the low level of proficiency. Just trash employees, never hand a single good experience with these losers. I will never order from here again. What a waste of resources. Please shut this store down and save us all the grief.

Orlando was awesome! After a horrible customer service problem at the dominos down the street i came here to see if i could be accommodated. I will admit i was a little worked up and probably a little rougher around the edges then normal but Orlando was cool, calm. And personable. I genuinely appreciate his customer service. I will absolutely without a doubt be back. Thanks again guys.
