Its better to just have your order delivered to you. At least you will be greeted with common courtesy!! I on the other hand was greeted with the apparent store manager, Victoria, and her very rude customer service! I just told her to keep my change instead of a descent tip because your bad day shouldn’t be given to your customers and told her to try and smile next time instead of rolling your eyes and twisting your lips! I was told not to return to that location which is fine by me your drivers have better customer service than you!! But i will no longer be using this location in the future!

Absolutely and utterly disgusted. I don’t know where the quality control is. I have no idea who is in charge of sanitizing the equipment. I went in one night on a rainy night a few days ago to get pizza because they weren’t answering their phones and when I went inside I was in pure discussed. I couldn’t in good faith give them my money for whatever they were cooking. I’m assuming they call it pizza. There are flies in the restaurant and mind you it was a bit chilly out. The pizza cutters were kicked and sausage, pepperonis and cheese and sauces. The young lady that was preparing one of the pizzas was not wearing any gloves. All the does that the pizzas doughs and garlic knots was sitting out at room temperature. It was a cesspool for food poisoning. I don’t know who spends their money at Domino’s for 20 something dollars. But unless you’re asking for food poisoning in a couple of days off of work, I would not recommend this restaurant.

I would give this place no stars if it were an option. I ordered dinner last night for my family (3 medium pizzas, nothing crazy or special). According to the order the estimated deliver was going to between 30-45 minutes. After 30 minutes, I check the tracker and it says my food is in “quality check” and had been so for about 10 minutes. After my food sat in “quality check” for over 45 minutes, I called the store. The girl who answered the phone was very rude and combative. I asked her about my order and she snapped that it was about to be headed out the door. I mentioned how long it had been sitting out and she assured me it was still hot (it wasn’t) and that it was kept temperature controlled. I mentioned about food safety and she got super defensive and loud (my husband could hear her through the phone and she wasn’t on speaker) and told me either I could take what they were sending or waiting even longer. By the time we got our food, we had been waiting more than an hour and a half for food that was only supposed to take 30-45 minutes. Our food was so cold, the cheese was hard. I basically wasted $32 (with tip). For fear that my kids would get sick from the food and by this point it was getting super late (almost 10pm) I wouldn’t let them eat the pizza and instead cooked them something else (the very thing I was trying not to do). This is the 2nd time this sort of incident has happened at this location and it will definitely be the last. This Dominos franchise has lost my business. I ordered delivery because it was convenient for my busy family. I guess to them, convenience means subpar service at best. In the future, communication and empathy go a long way keeping a customer.

I work for a company off 301 (Quality Truck Bodies). We celebrate birthdays. Sometimes we order biscuits from the Creamery, or sometimes we order pizza from this Domino’s. Well, today Domino’s lost our business today. We ordered 7 pizzas, we sent out somebody to get them and he came back with 6 (he didn’t know we ordered 7). I called and told the girl who took my order that we were missing a pizza. She responded that they made all 7 pizzas, and I said well he only came back with 6. I didn’t receive an apology, just a nonchalant attitude. The pizza was “remade” for us (the term she used instead of admitting they incorrectly counted our pizzas). This isn’t the first time they messed up. Most of the time, the pizzas are not ready by the time we go pick them up. I’m just super disappointed by how this was handled.

Order was perfect and pizza was great. The driver Madelyn was awesome and very sweet. If they keep this up my future orders with Pizza Hut will cease to happen. I don’t know what has changed but it was a 1000% for the better. This place rocks now 5 isn’t enough.
