Every order has been AMAZING! They also have a lot of patience for the old lady who’s particular with her food lol. The Alfredo is amazing. Fried mushrooms with house Ranch and tonight I tried the bruschetta and loved it! Thank you Giovani’s of Boones Creek!❤️

Not much of an experience to tell about. I stopped in to get lunch to go (ordered on-site, in person). I was able to customize my Alfredo dish (angel hair vs. Fettuccine). I interacted with 2 employees who were getting ready for lunch crowd. They were nice & friendly & helpful. The food was a little slow, but always worth it. There’s just something about scratch Alfredo Sauce that feels like a warm, fuzzy hug. I usually get a slice of chocolate cake, but I didn’t see any that day. So, I grabbed some tiramisu instead. But lemme say, I don’t feel like it was settling to substitute my favorite Italian dessert. It’s so rich, fluffy, creamy & decadent it has to be the alternative choice,

It has been awhile since my husband and I have eaten at Giovanni’s, but we both were wanting pizza and this restaurant is close to our house. We also have memories of great food and great service from Giovanni’s. Service was minimal and the young man that waited on us seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but there. I had to flag down another server to tell her we were ready to order. The supreme pizza we ordered was delicious – probably one of the best pizzas I have ever had! Our server never checked on us and I had to call out “excuse me, excuse me, excuse me” to get his attention to get my long empty glass refilled. If service had been better, I would have given Giovanni’s a 5.

Calzone was tasty, but the star of last night’s gastronomic delight was the homemade Baklava. Delicately layered phillo dough sheets stuffed with locally sourced honey, nuts and other goodness made for a wonderful desert. I shall return to Giovanni’s for an encore performance!!

Food and atmosphere were great, however we sat and waited over 30 minutes for the appetizer. We ordered the bruschetta, when it came out it’s just a flatbread pizza covered in tomato and cheese. Waitress said the kitchen had a big order, but we were there only people in the dining area at the time and while we were there, no huge to go orders left. The food was delicious but probably will be our only visit, waiting that long for food isn’t worth it.

Salad was just Romain lettuce, one half sliced tomato, and some green peppers without any cheese as well. The meatballs tasted like frozen reheated stuff u buy at Walmart. The only positive thing we see here is the portion size, but with the taste of the food being subpar to what else is around here, it is not worth coming back for us.

Honestly, Italian food is fair to below average. The marinara sauce tastes like it came out of a can. The spaghetti will anyone can boil spaghetti. The chicken parmesan was barely edible and I left an entire piece. The breaded mushrooms came from a bad comma because you can tell when you bite into them there’s an excess amount of water in it and definitely not freshly dipped. I think they use processed chicken that was previously frozen. Definitely won’t be going back

They left some of our food out of our order and the guy named Shawn told my boyfriend that we needed to make sure we got everything that we ordered when it was already bagged up ready to go. Then he proceeded to tell him if he had anymore problems he could come talk face to face with him. I’m so disappointed this has always been one of our favorite places to eat.

I can’t believe the disrespect for the staff at the Boones creek location. Not only did Sean mess up my order he refused to give me my money back on food he didn’t give me in a to go order he also blamed me for the mess up. He didn’t putthe desert in the bag and told me I should have been checked it before I left. This place has gone down hill.
