Hardly anyone in the place and it was by far the slowest service I’ve ever had at a BWW. The server even asked us after 10 minutes, “Did I ever take your order?” We were one of three customers in the dining area. I think I finally got a refill after sitting there 10 min without anything to drink. My wife’s order was wrong, nothing major but it all adds up. Dining area was filthy, tables were cleaned off but a lot food and trash was just brushed onto the floor where it stayed. Even at check out the server messed everything up, rough day I guess!

Where to start … walked in and waited 10mins to be seated while being passed by waitresses. Got seated & waited 12 extra minutes to get our drink orders in. 24mins later we had to call a waitress to take our order because our waitress Jacklyn did not seem to want to serve us. She did all other tables & even sat incoming people before getting our orders. No eye contact or communication from Jacklyn. Food arrived semi cold, fries & chicken wings. Nachos were soggy & grease filled. The fish sandwich was awesome. Received no refills until we were leaving & it was just a bad vibe from her & will not return!

We stopped by to grab dinner and we’re a bit disappointed. The order was not correct. The extra vegetables my wife ordered were missing. The extra cheese we ordered was also missing. The staff was not very attentive. It was fairly disappointing. We were really hoping this BWW would be an improvement over the Cary location, but this location seemed to have the same problems. It’s a shame because my wife really likes the wings, but we are disappointed every time we order from this chain.

Placed order online was told pick up was 45 minutes. They open at 11 am and here it was 11:10am. Got to the restaurant about 15 minutes later totally empty not sure why it would take so long to get 20 wings and an order of onion rings. In addition the onion rings are so over priced as one order was over $6.00 and you get 6 onion rings and a few broken pieces. One flavor of wings was orange but not one taste of orange. The other was barbecue honey again lacked a lot of flavor. Glad they put the flavors on the box because you couldn’t tell which was which. Food was still hot when we got home. No sauce for the onion rings.

Was immediately sat down by the hostess. 20 minutes at the table with no assistance. 2 different waiters walked by our table, closing out service 2 different tables. They were not busy at all. Ended up walking out. As I was walking out, another lady leaving asked if we got service because they had waited a long time before they received service.

The staff was awesome. Chicken wings are huge. Perfect size for me. The atmosphere made us very uncomfortable from the point of entry to exit. Didn’t feel inviting several people sorta hanging around staring at people as the came in. One family actually left after they ordered drinks because of a group of 4 guys turned in their direction and was staring at the 2 adults and 2 teen. Almost like they were looking for trouble.

There seemed to be one waitress working the entire store, and bless her heart she did the best she could but the service was obviously lacking because there were at least seven other tables with several people at each table. I had the boneless wings and they were sopping wet with sauce, and I mean covered. It’s always hit or miss with this particular location. Either the wings are too dry and not enough sauce or they are completely covered and dripping everywhere. We frequent this establishment because it’s right next to work but usually the service is better, however the food is always hit or miss.

I arrived exactly at the time I was told it would be ready. They were cold, dry, old or brunt. Barely any sauce, they were thrown to the trash. Plus i was missing 4 wings.
