This morning I ordered for the first time at this McDonald’s through the McDonald’s app, and I order an iced peppermint coffee. When I arrived a lady came out and apologized that the peppermint is a seasonal and is not out yet, and asked if I wanted something different. I told her the pumpkin iced coffee. She came out a few minutes later and brought me my coffee and a holiday pie, I thought that was very sweet. I wished I got her name, but that was the best customer service I have received in a long time especially at a McDonald’s. And the pie was amazing, first time having that.

As I stood in the waiting room for my simple non special order for 37 minutes I observed the decline in humanity. I worked at a McDonald’s in 1992, my first job and I was proud to have it. That was not the case at this establishment. There was enough staff to handle the work load so that wasn’t it. I’m not sure why it took 37 minutes for my meal but that would have never happened back in my day.

Didn’t have fries with our meal, then by the time they brought out our fries we were done with pretty much everything else, and the fries weren’t even salted. Plus there was a worker laying her head down on the counter where the food is prepared. Unsanitary, unprofessional, and just horrible to see. We will not be returning to this location again..
