These people are very rude. They act like they are barbarians. I ordered the new Melts thinking it was going to be a good experience. There was oil everywhere and the bread was so hard it could break your teeth. They didn’t give me a full credit of my purchase price.The customer service at Dominoes os way better and they don’t give you attitude when there is a problem with your. Stay away from this Pizza Hut. I will never go back again.

They will deliver your pizza to the wrong address and leave it when the people tell you that it’s not their pizza. And then they want to charge you for a new pizza and you gotta wait 7 to 10 days for your money to return to your account if you want to cancel it all together. Bad customer service bad service.

The experience was terrific I ordering 2 pizzas online when I got there 25 minutes after I had to wait 25 minutes more because they was training some kids to earn their own food doing dishes there and one of the kids with no shirt was touching the food with out of washing his hands.. plus when I get there I figure it I got the wrong pizzas I tried to call but they didn’t answer the phone .

Amazing!! My place of employment ordered 20 pizzas (last minute) during what was supposed to be an epic snow storm yesterday, and there apparently was only one guy working at the time. He managed to get all 20 pizzas to us in a timely manner, all were delicious and basically perfect, as well as getting out other orders too. He truly is a rock star, and deserves some recognition. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Definitely reccomend!

Awful, can’t even get a simple order of buffalo wings right, they did a good job with the pizza we ordered for delivery but the “buffalo” wings came out with in a honey bbq sauce and were cold.

Everytime I order its always late.. I live less than 5mins away!! I love pizza hut but you guys are making me go somewhere else from now on! We need someone to do something!! Ordered almost $50 worth of food. 15 minutes after the estimated time of delivery, I checked outside and it was sitting in the snow. No doorbell, no knock. Food was cold. Called Pizza Hut and was told the best they could do was a credit on the app since I’d received the food. The credit never showed up and Pizza Hut won’t respond to my inquiries about the credit they promised. If there was an option for zero stars, I’d choose that.

If I could give 0 stars I would absolute bullcrap they don’t tell you you have to place orders online only and last time I did that my order ended up being canceled and I never got my refund so I was out well over 80$ . Ordered online to get my food delivered home. Spent $96 just to not get my full order delivered. My 12 piece wing never came. So I called Pizza Hut and a women picked up told her the situation and she said she’d send a replacement so I said “okay”. Waited 40 mins and called again. The same women picked up when I called again and was told that she didn’t know what was going on. I asked for a refund on the wings that I was missing. The women didn’t know or want to give me my number confirmation to reclaim my money back. She kept having me on wait like 3 times and in the end she hanged up on me. I will be getting my money back!
