I love this location, they get super busy at lunch rush and of course that takes a little longer. But I enjoy the food, and the staff is nice. I love their crisp bean burritos for $0.99. Their cheese tots and chips and salsa are great too! Their hard tacos are very delicious too! I also recommend their hot sauce to anyone, it is my absolute favorite and only hot sauce I eat! I’d recommend this place to anyone to try for sure!

Fiesta Ole is an Idaho Falls staple. The food is consistent. It is its own thing. If you’re from here, you know. It’s gotten pretty speedy for what it is, though, over the last few years.

We had ordered a cheddar tot, which by the name would mean there’s cheese all over the tots? The photo says it all. And to top it off we asked for hot sauce and ranch, received ONE thing of each with a pack of 10 tacos. Was not impressed.

I ordered a crisp, team burrito, and a crisp me burrito, and they were soft, not crisp. I ordered some tater tot’s, and they were not crispy. They were lame. I order cheese on them, and there was barely any cheese at all. This place is a rundown dump. The employees are so distracted by each other that I stood in line, where no one was for 10 minutes before then stop playing around long enough to take my order. And the food was awful. And the chicken enchilada, did not have enchilada sauce in it. So it was really dry an awful.

Waited in the drive thru 30 minutes with only 1 car ahead of us just for a soft taco and 2 crisp bean burritos. The meat tasted greasy and old in the burritos..my soft taco was ice cold. Didn’t get napkins..this place jas gone way down hill! Won’t be back for a long while!!!!!!

Never will we go to this fast food establishment again. The best thing they could have done is keep this location closed!!! Good thing they never look at the reviews We ordered $30 worth of food that was very subpar we asked for a couple extra hot sauces an were told it would be 75 cents for each additional sauce . I understand cutting costs but dam 75 cents for a hot sauce packet is a little outrageous for sub quality of food ….. Don’t expect your food to be hot or warm at all …

It took over 20 minutes to get my food, they where completely out of forks to eat with, they where understaffed and prioritizing Drive true, the condiment bar had hardly anything on it and the counter was not busy I was only the 2nd in line and my order was a family C with 5 soft tacos, 5 crisp meat burritos, 2 large drinks and a Large feisty cheddar deluxe. The food was just thrown together and not wrapped well.

Whomever took our order the first time somehow got everything but 1 item wrong. Then we get home after getting it fixed and our crisp burritos are half fried, flattened and the texture is like the beans are burnt. We do usually go to the location on 17th and there’s a reason. This locations food was weird tasting and badly made.

We ordered taco salads that had very little lettuce. The free Nacho chips were very stale. The condiments bar had no condiments. Well, there was some of the hot salsa. Asked for the mild and was told they do not provide mild. I don’t think we will be going back to that location.
