Our food was cold and tastes old. We said thank you to the cashier and he just walked off. After ordering onion rings I had to return them and ask if they can make fresh ones. We’ve been here for 30 mins and I see food sitting at the window that has been there since we came in so no telling how long it’s been there and I literally just saw them bag it up for the customer in the drive thru. Ordered for the family to bring home. First was a sourdough chicken sandwich, I was promptly told, “we don’t have any sourdough, and haven’t in a long time.” Called the house and they are reading off the online menu. I ask if they have any of the BBQ chicken sandwiches and the girl behind counter looks at me confused as all. Needless to say. Don’t bother looking at bk’s online menu. Each location appears to have their own menu. To top it off, there chicken nuggets appear to be half the size of McDonald’s so consider that ten piece a five, and didn’t even have honey for the nuggets.

The employee running the drive thru was super rude, when some one says thank you, i dont beleove the proper response is yeah. the fries were days old looking, and im not really sure how to desribe the mozzarella sticks. they looked like something you would find under a car seat after a child dropped it and it dried after a few good ol az summer days. Completely inedible!
