I had the worst experience ever. My first experience with this manager was 1/13-2023 which was short and not welcoming or warm at all. Later that evening I Called about my order and was instructed to bring the food back which left my family w/o dinner. Upon returning to the store the following evening with three $5 pot pies, one full, second with more then half and the third one was mostly gone because of myself and son sharing. My son ate the crust and I picked over the filling, but we didn’t get that far in the conversation bc he is so in control and combative. Well I gave the manager who is posted in the photos the bag and he bluntly said I’ll replace 2 of the pies. I asked why not 3 for my inconvenience of having to drive back up here? WELL that was the beginning of the beginning. We name called, I NEVER CUSSED. He said something and I yelled and the show started, what he gave me I gave back, then he asked why am I yelling. After the big power play customers begin to come in I asked for the GM’S name and number, he refused to give and told me “I’M ignoring you and I told my employees to do the same.” Well this isn’t over. Is was the the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and I have eaten at some small greasy bags and five star restaurants. But bc im recovering from surgery I figured I’d like a nice warm pot pie but instead both times they were DRY and not filled like they use to be. So I’m not sure if their measurements has changed. This guy’s lack of professionalism does not exist. His level of management is none existing to tell your employees to ignore a paying customer on top of “NOT HAVING ORIGINAL CHICKEN” up and ready for other customers. The customer said to me,

Only giving 1 star because you have to in order to make a review. I do not know how the Buford KFC stays in business. We have given it more than one try- we’ve had very rude service, orders missing items & refusal to make it right coupled with more rudeness, not open at stated hours, & food not cooked completely. Not ONE problem free visit. Tonight was THE last attempt. Pulled up to the drive through at 7:25p on a Saturday night-one of the biggest nights for takeout. The posted hours are 10:30a-9p. Google has the hours as till 8p. There were 4 employees in there-and one mouthed they are closed after ignoring me for several minutes.This family is done with KFC Buford.

Most ghetto and rude KFC ever! They have 0 food ready, >10 minute wait, then the forget our sauces, then we go in to ask for sauce and that big ole 400# bag of attitude gives us 1…. Better service at McDonald’s and that’s saying a lot!

Does this look like 2 breast? I ordered 2 breast and fries, plus a 3-piece all white combo with 2 breast and 1 wing. I get home and only had 2 breast and 2 wings. Half my food was left off. Tried to call and no one will answer the phone. I normally check before I leave. Not to mention waiting 20 minutes to get the food. So frustrating.

KFC, almost any KFC, makes THE best chicken sandwich. While other places, the chicken is getting flatter and smaller, KFC gives you your money’s worth. Definitely give it a try! BTW – Their fries are great also.

Pulled up and the drive thru speaker wasn’t working so they were taking orders at the window… took at least 15 min before I got to the window.. several cars behind me drove off because of the wait.. I specifically ordered a spicy MAC AND CHEESE chicken bowl and they gave me a spicy mashed potato bowl smh

The customer service and employees that work here is straight garbage. Even the manager don’t have no good customer service skills. They never have any food ready. I did a pick up order here and they claimed there was no order. I left with nothing. They are all just lazy.

Had a bad experience at this location when we first ordered through mobile . Needless to say we decided to try it one more time. The customer service from Marcus was dry and he never answered my question when I tried to confirm my order. I had to ask for my receipt. Got home and the lid to the gravy cup was broken and so the gravy spilled everywhere.
