An incompetent bunch this lot is! We were delivered the wrong order and proceeded to have to manage the re-delivery of the correct order between the store and the driver. We had to be the go-between for the manager, an employee, and the driver — all of whom were ineffective at solving the issue. We will not being doing business here again!

Ordered wings and medium pizza which was $32 We got delivery it took 2 hours to get the food and didn’t even get the wings. And they still charged us for the wings. I called for a refund and they left me on hold for 30 minutes. worst papa John’s I’ve ever ordered from.

Bradley delivered our pizza tonight. I messed up all the way around tonight with ordering pizza. I thought I paid online with my card, well I hit pay cash (I have no cash) Bradley was very kind and understanding, it is raining and he stayed on my porch while I called to pay over the phone. Just my luck my card will not go through, so I go to apologize to Bradley that I have to send back the pizza due to my card not working. He once again was very kind and said he would pay for it. I told him I would pay him back, he of course said don’t worry about it. I want to publicly say thank you to Bradley and I will pay it forward!

Doesn’t deliver even though Marco’s will but for the price you would be better off going to domino’s just down the street. You can get 2 pizzas for the same price. If they would deliver further might be worth it but I’m 2 blocks out of delivery area and wont make an exception even though they could get 50 + more customers.
