Absolutely terrible customer service!! This makes two weekends in a row that I have walked in there around lunchtime to get some crazy bread for the ride home and have been completely ignored by everyone working in the store. Today there was four other people waiting in the lobby area, also being ignored by everyone working. Apparently if you do not place your order online you’re not getting served. I also stepped to the side to get a good look down through the kitchen area, which is incredibly dirty. The store should probably be shut down for several days for a massive deep cleaning. After seeing what I saw I’m glad I did not get any food from here.

Staff was working very hard, but there were not enough employees to keep up with the orders. The online ordering would not work and the store employees refused to honor the deal I wanted because it was online only. Worse yet, the staff then laughed about online not working; saying it lies and never works (NOT helpful). I ended up having to wait over 45 minutes to get my order while half of my order sat there getting cold. The sauce for the pizza and crazy bread was very acidic and spicy with excessive oregano. Not sweet like other Little Caesars I have gotten in recent years. The pizza looked like pepperoni had just been thrown onto it – one-piece had no pepperoni, another had 12 pieces! Overall food quality was not great.

Having one young girl working in here by herself is unacceptable no business should have a female by themselves. This young lady goes above and beyond does her very best and yes orders take awhile but being alone it’s not her fault no one’s there to help. Get some extra staffing before you loose your staff member… no owner is too good not to make product and help their staff out. Very disappointed in this. Have seen this young lady wipe tears from her eyes from unknown reasons but we can all I’m sure guess why…

OK I did not order the other day, but the food is always amazing. I just wanted to say the 2 people behind the counter are amazing they are keeping this place open. I felt so bad they don’t have a full staff. I hope this Little Caesars gets the help they need I don’t want to see another one close down. Again amazing job to the crew.

Came up to order for my elderly aunt and uncle, they told us the lobby was closed. We told the next person trying to enter. The team then told them they could offer them deep dish or thin crust after not even asking what we wanted. Don’t waste your time. Go to Beacon Pizza in Raymond instead.

We ordered a basic cheese pizza hoping it might be the easiest, fastest option. After stepping aside to wait, the next person came in, asked for what was ready, and walked out with a cheese pizza. I was confused by I was waiting and they didn’t have to. Alas, I’m patient as they obviously could use more staff on the shift given the number of mobile orders coming in. Another person comes in with a more complex order. They wait a bit and then walk out with their order. Meanwhile, I watch an employee count a cash drawer and walk out back to prepare orders with no noticable hygiene (sink, gloves, etc). I inquired if my order might be ready soon as it had been 20 minutes and two walk in orders had come and gone never mind the mobile orders. “What did you order?” “Two minutes.” We finally got our order and walked out. The pizza wasn’t as hot as expected for something that seemingly just came out of the oven and I therefore questioned where it came from. In the end, it was inexpensive compared to other locations around and my standards are very forgiving. But, when my kid notices that things don’t seem to be going well, it’s not easy to overlook. I’m sure we’ll go back at some point when desperate times happen, but it’s certainly going to take some time in hopes that they can improve their staffing and customer service between now and then.

I stood at the counter prepared to order and the lady working there refused to even acknowledge that I was there for nearly 10 minutes. She was angry slamming things around with the most disgusting customer service skills I e ever seen. I finally walked out and went to KFC. I’ll never return!
