I don’t ever write reviews but there was simply no other way to report this Jack in the Box location. Whomever worked at the drive thru window on 8/23/23 between 7:30-7:40 pm was simply the worst. She was extremely rude and should not be working in a customer service based industry. I truly hope that she doesn’t get the continue to treat customers the way she did. She was angry at the very moment I started to place my order. When I did get it, I was spoken to in a nasty manner and basically thrown my food. I will not be going back to this establishment in the future. Jack-in-the-Box needs to do a better job of training their employees on customer service skills. I lost my receipt and unfortunately do not have her employee ID number to report but I hope that I never have to encounter her again. My experience at Jack-in-the-Box was a very negative one.

Be careful I was victim of card fraud. I payed with my new credit card in the window, the cashier told me to wait for my order to the door, a lady brought my order, I had 15 min left of my lunch so I rush to come back to work, later I started receiving online purchases that I didn’t do it. I inmediatly call to my bank and they freeze my card. After 2 months I still fighting for $1,000 of sporting goods. It was a new card and I didn’t use anywhere. I went to the store and the 2 ladies that assist w my order didn’t talk to me after I told them that my card was new and the purchases that I didn’t do. I should call the police but my son was intern in the ER so I trusted in my bank. Now that the bank rebute the payment against me. I decide to write this to let other people know. If the owner read this, I will be able to help him to avoid more victims of these women who make frauds

I was trying to order at the drive through but was cussed about by one of the workers for asking if something contained peanuts as I have severe allergies. I was told that allergies aren’t real and that if I die from “eating nuts” I deserve to die. I later learned the workers name was Laura.

Every time I have eaten here I’ve gotten sick couple hours after eating. The 1st time I ate here and got sick I didn’t think it was the food when I tried again a couple of days later and threw up again I’ve never been back. They must be selling old food. Employees don’t even care they’re just there for a pay check. You would think Brentwood would be on top of there stuff. If u wanna throw up go here.

I love this place after work late in the evening. I think they’re open all night too. My favorite from the menu is the Chicken Tater munchie meal. Such an amazing sandwich, plus fries, 2 tacos and a drink for less than $10.
