I’ve been sick since lastnight! Terrible terrible stomach pains after eating the seafood. I ordered the #3 with headless shrimp. Beware…the shrimp is not split and cleaned. It was also over cooked which left it rubbery. I also ordered a side of Ramen with sauce that I’m so mad at myself for doing. I also ordered a catfish basket that my husband said he could’ve done without, and he loves catfish! This place was amazing when they first opened. I absolutely loved the whole chicken wings back then. Maybe I should’ve ordered chicken. I did have a swirl margarita that was good and the service from the young man at the counter was good as well.

The moment you walk in it is not welcoming at all. No one acknowledges the customers whenever you walk in and to be the very first time coming here it was very disappointing. There is no service and what I mean by that is no one is professional and every worker is moving at a fast pace as if they are trying to rush you no gloves no bibs no claw crackers were given. Not to mention you have to order yourself and self serve your drinks which is fine right but atleast have some decency to check up on the tables… the food was barely passable the only thing that made up for it was the sauce which was decent. But the food is brought to you like warm so 5 min into eating your seafood it is very cold. To whomever is wanting some great seafood and custom service go to the Crawling crab off of hulen instead the service is better the food is fresh and the service is top tier. Chefs kiss literally the only reason we didn’t go today was because they were closed! Never spend your money here at the red claws. You have been warned.

Food was good. Cheese sticks were good. Kinda pricey. And you order first and pay first then get your food so you don’t really have a waiter. The plastic ware and such is all self service. They do have a very convenient hand washing station

I recommend all to go visit Red Claw & Chicken. I enjoyed every bit of my food, the Food is Fresh and plentiful, service is Great. I had plenty of leftovers that I can’t wait to dig into later on. The atmosphere were very clean and spacious. Seafood lovers go give them a try….sooo good

My first time there. I ordered takeout and they quick and fast with it. I ordered the 1lb of crawfish and when I got home they were still hot . My opinion, best In town. I will be back, now that I’ve found them right down the Blvd from me. Damien was very efficient in explaining the poundage of what I needed. Thanks for an amazing first time.

Had a great experience this afternoon! Great food, great service. Was checked on frequently and any time I needed something it was brought to my table. Very big portions, definitely get what you pay for. Fresh fried pickles, fresh fried catfish! The seasoning on the food was amazing – easily one of the best seafood places in Fort Worth. I was given complimentary items for my birthday, I will 100% be going back.
