1:13 Friday very busy! 12 people in line, 20 min. wait . Very good food! Busy but nice smiles since they were working as fast as they could (not much talking) ! Outdoor seating was comfortable. Three groups seated on the patio. Guacamole was fresh Love the simple interior and clean wood decore! Earth friendly bowls!

Every time I order for pickup they forget multiple items. Not one or two, it’s always multiple items. You absolutely have to sit there, open everything and go through everything before you leave , and knock on the window to get the stuff they forgot. Never pull away without checking.

I come in and the dude is cursing up a storm about how gross it is behind the grill. Last thing I wanna hear when ordering food. Dude put a tiny pinch of everything in my wrap. Had to ask for more for every item. I asked for chips and cheese and they give me cheese and told me to have a good one, while forgetting to give me chips. Then I ask for my chips they get it, and they give me a bunch of chip crumbs. 6 people clocked in and only 3 people working the rest standing around laughing at the dude cursing while cleaning behind the grill. Terrible experience, going to Qdoba next time. Not dealing with the lack of effort or care in the world from the staff members. Tried again thinking maybe it was an off day. How do you tell me you’re out of chips!!! So dumb.

Worst location in the area by far. Severely understaffed, portions are tiny compared to any other chipotle. Every time I come they’re out of the majority of options. Basically getting robbed on every visit. You could get every topping they offer and they’ll still skimp you so bad it barley fills the bowl

So I have gone in twice. The first time it took more then 30 minutes to get through the line. They only had 3 people working. And the one that was a cashier was extremely slow. I ordered chips and guac and I had to remind her to give me my chips. Today we decided to give them another try HOPING it was just a bad and NOPE today was worse. They were completely out of sour cream & steak. The lettuce was so brown I couldn’t believe they had it out to serve. When I asked for cheese the guy pulled out a like 1/3 measuring cup and barely even put cheese in it. The only good thing from today’s visit was we got fresh rice. Service was still slow for have what looked to be a full staff. We will never return to this location.

The store has been open for 2 months now and it’s just absolute chaos. I waited in line of 7 people in front of me for over 40 minutes for sloppy, poor made food. The meat on the tacos was barely a spoonful each it was such a waste of money. The staff in line were telling everyone that they couldn’t sell the chips or they would run out. IM SORRY WHAT. You can’t SELL your own product? AGAIN- NO CHIPS at chipotle for sale as they were literally being bagged in front of you… this is horrible management right away. I tried once with the drive thru order ahead and ended up having to contact the company due to not receiving the extra portions I paid for. I can’t believe they are struggling this bad and brought in no proper training / management with experience. New business of course goes through an adjustment period but this honestly is just no acceptable this far in. It’s disgusting and awful service and even though an extra 40 minutes out of my way round trip, I would rather drive to the Waite Park location and forget the Sartell one closest to home exists. . -10 review.

They were opened at 10:45am, I walked in and waited 10 mins due to no one being at the serving line, food wasn’t ready,no brown rice,no steak,all chairs were still on the tables. Day old juice,no spoons,no napkins… service is crazy slow and feels like they just drag all hours of the day… Won’t be stopping here anymore.

Food was delicious. Service at counter was fantastic! My only downer was the dining area needed serious attention. Tables were dirty, flies on tables eating scraps, spilled soda on floor around self serve drink area and trash on floors.
