First off let me just say this, The FOOD was okay ! There was hair on my chips, Sweet Tea wasn’t sweet enough but I was thankful & did not want to complain. The female and male workers would STARE ME DOWN giving me dirty looks, i am a black lady btw.. ! I didn’t say anything or do nothing. The atmosphere was THE WORST. There was only 1 man that was nice enough to check on me, which he was not even a waitress! He was a cook !!! They didn’t ask for refills or asked if im good. It felt as if i wasnt wanted there or anything. Such rude workers !! People please don’t spend your money here ! This is family owned and they wont care about you at all. Go to another mexican restaurant! I prefer the one behind old mexico !!

Our waiter was too busy to be bothered with us. We had to flag down another waitress for a refill. When we found mold on the soft taco my granddaughter was eating we finally got the waiters attention. His response was “sorry”. We asked for manager. The manager was immediately on the defensive and said there’s nothing he could do about it. He was very loud and rude to us. I told him we shouldn’t have to pay for the meal and he yelled fine if you don’t want to pay don’t pay. It was horrible and embarrassing.

This restaurant was amazing in every way possible! First and foremost the service was over the top amazing! Lately service has been bad in so many places it is nice to get even fair service but the service here was so good that I would go back for that reason alone but that is only the first rat good thing. Our food was great and was brought to us so quickly. I am sad that we live so far away and can’t eat here often but we will visit again next time we are in town to see our kids.
