Drive thru is always backed up and slow. Dorito loco taco shell is always soft and breaking where the meat is at from being so oily. It’s doesn’t come in the cardboard shell box anymore at least not at this location. There drinks are usually water down. They are cheap on sauce packages. Give you two and call it a day.

Their food comes out slow ash and when I do get the food it’s either WRONG or COLD! I’d like to have a good understanding on how that’s possible when I worked there and know for a fact everything is hot coming out of the hotside. But wait 20 minutes for cold food. Smallest burrito I have ever seen in my life. A splash of ingredients with the tortilla rolled around it like 3 times. Cold taco, but hey it’s in frayser, so what more can we expect right? It did the job because I just wanted a snack. No way would I spend more than the $5 I spent. Drive thru absolutely too slow!

Don’t eat here my food was horrible I call the customer service number and a lady lied and told me she was mailing me a gift card I’ve wait two months only because I spent a lot of money just for them not to have all of my food in the bag…. But I’m also a food critic so trust and believe at least three of these Taco Bell restaurants will be closed real soon

I purchased two soft tacos and two supreme soft tacos. My receipt says exactly that. However, when I initially received my order I was given two soft tacos and two hard tacos. When I brought the issue to the team member attention. They removed the hard tacos from the bag and gave me two very cold supreme tacos in exchange. I have NEVER in my entire life been given cold tacos for any Taco Bell that I have ever visited. Not only was this dissatisfying, it was also very distasteful. When people are paying their money for a product you should do everything in your power to ensure they receive what they asked for the first time. If this doesn’t happen then you should pay very close attention to detail the second time. That is how you keep customers coming back!!!!
