My rating is not because the restaurant was bad, it is because it was unavailable. I love BBQ restaurants and was glad to see one in the area. I drove to New York Mills specifically to check this place out. Unfortunately on arrival I saw a sign at the door saying they no longer are serving from the restaurant and only doing catering orders. Hopefully this will save someone a trip. They may have good food but you can’t order and / or eat it at this location.

The atmosphere was good, nice set up inside, and the staff seemed nice. But the Beef Nachos I ordered however, wasn’t as astounding as I would’ve make it from scratch. I could hardly see any beef in my nachos, at least the nachos itself were pretty tasty. Not sure what happened there but I will be back to try their other food though.

Second time here, brought back my mom, who is disabled. Close parking, easy access. Late lunch, so not busy. Love that we finally have a decent place for lunch/ dinner in this tiny town! Food is so good!

The atmosphere is simple, small-town, family friendly. The menu is simple, but the food is cooked to perfection. Barbecue sauce is incredible! This is up north non formal dining at its best that won’t break the bank! We’ll be back soon!

Breakfast to go – food was very good. only wish they would use liners in the styrofoam containers. the hashbrowns had melted in to the container and of course we thought we could taste the petroleum product.

The smoked prime rib was phenomenal (Order ahead of time to ensure availability)! The ribs fell off the bone, and you could cut the brisket with a fork, and the sides were great too, especially the scalloped potatoes. You need to eat here!
