I’ve been trying to contact your corporate office for 1 full week regarding a really ridiculous experience at the North Liberty office. We have been very regular customers but after the “general manager” in store was part of the poor service, chances are slim we will return. We also will spread the word. The store is now always dirty, they are slow even when not busy, etc.

The Marco’s Pizza in North Liberty is always on time and delicious. Internet only, carry out deals offer the the best price – but ordering off the menu isn’t unreasonable. The location is easily visible and accessible from HWY 965. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our family are big fans. We strongly recommend you try them out soon. Consider the all meat, it’s one of our favorites. The cheese bread is excellent too.

have always enjoyed Marco’s Pizza and really look forward to their Meatball Bake. It is a splurge item as each topping costs $1.00, but I do not get it very often. So today I really thought it would be the day to try it again after months. Typically the meal lasts multiple nights. This time, there was not even enough food in the container to cover the entire bottom. The layer was ridiculously thin. I ate it in one sitting and was still hungry. Considering I paid $16.00 plus tax for this, I would have expected way better. It is not something I will risk getting again.

Kinda surprised by the reviews. I’ve tried it twice and never tasted the pizza. They lose my order. Would like to try it but not from North liberty. Even the manager admitted they can’t hire good help and service sucks. Good luck from a twice a month pizza ordering house in North liberty.

Marcos has always gone above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied. We had ordered pizza and cheese bread and our order did not come with the additional sauces we had ordered. After calling, the manager offered us a credit or we would get our additional sauces even if he had to deliver them himself. Ten minutes later we had double the sauces we even ordered and a brownie dessert for free delivered to our front step. Quality customer service and amazing pizza. Marcos has never been a disappointment!!

I used to love their pizza but I haven’t been able to order because the online is never available and no employees will answer the phone; despite having an open sign on and employees in the store. Really wish I could order again 🙁 I literally sat on hold for 15 minutes during a not busy time and no one ever answered
