Is this place 5 star? No. Is it the best “chineese” food I’ve ever had? No. Is it an awesome market, with a great selection of Asian foods and spices with an amazing family behind the scenes? Absolutely. I LOVE this place. The food is, good. Not the best, but it’s always hot and scratches that “chineese food” itch. The market is well stocked with Asian ingredients, tools, candy and great local beer. Especially when you consider the location. The gas is always less than anywhere around. And the family that runs it couldn’t be nicer! Multiple times I’ve gone in asking if they carry a specific ingredient. If they don’t have it, they always make a point to find it for me the next time they go to the market. It’s definitely a diamond in the rough for Buxton.

Worst experience tonight!! Pork tasted sour. Threw it away. Crab Rangoons where so grease I could have lube my jeep with it!! Shrimp was soft. And mushy. It used to be a great place to eat. What happened????

Very polite and courteous. We ordered Sesame Chicken, Chicken Ramen and Crab Rangoon. Not bad for a market Chinese food option in Standish. Better than supermarket versions but just shy of a good restaurant. Mostly because a restaurant will be rolling through more inventory and keeping key items prepped and hot. I’d order again if hungry for Chinese food and don’t want to drive 30 minutes to a restaurant. Crab rangoon and chicken ramen were yummy. Portion sizes should easily feed 3-4 adults.

Trying for second time to see if any improvement, worst. Boneless ribs drenched in sauce and all fat/grizzle. Egg roll had bad taste and did not eat, beef Lo mein bland, chicken wing overcooked onions old grease and fried rice was not fresh.

Best gas prices in the area. Super friendly staff. Amazing Beef and Broccoli. I get it at least 1-2 a week. Great stuff in the store. Their pizzas could use a little work. Very light and little toppings and the cheese wasn’t even melted. But yet the bottom was burnt? I love this place! Just use caution or double check your pizza! Amazing store/prices/staff/Chinese food.

The food here is wonderful. We’ve had great luck with the Chinese food and pizza. The sandwiches we got weren’t too great so we will stick with what we know is good. Very cool place to bring the kids, lots of fun little toys and candies and they seem to be adding things constantly. We live nearby so we run there alot for little things we need. I do wish they had milk! The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are doing a great job, I hope they keep it up! It’s nice to finally have some good food nearby.

We tried this place on a whim and were blown away by the quality of the Chinese food and portion sizes. The crab Rangoon is huge and delicious. Their hot and spicy beef was the best I’ve ever had and the fried dumplings were phenomenal! Best fried rice any of us has ever had. Plus the kids loved that they could buy Chinese candy and I got myself some instant Thai tea. I think it’s safe to say this is my family’s new favorite local spot.

We tried their Chinese food for the first time and loved it. We will never use any of the local places again. If you like fresh ingredients and real authentic taste, then this is the place. The store is also great. I am so happy to have a place nearby that offers so many items. Beats having to drive all the way to the Veranda Market. Overall this is a great addition to the area.

My wife and I are vacationing in Buxton for the second year in a row. We are originally from NH/ME. We now live in North Carolina which does not have Chinese Food that’s as good as what is available in most of New England. We decided to give Panda Market a try based upon reviews that were mostly positive. We were very happy we did. The chow main, fried rice, boneless spare ribs, and chicken fingers were as good or better than what we have had elsewhere. The portions were ample and piping hot. The price was fair. The young lady who served us was very personable. It was great to find Chinese Food this good in an out of the way location.
