i am so mad. and upset. i just went to taco bell after a very long day. i woke up today and i saw my dead hamster in its cage. it was the worst sight to ever wake up to. next i went into my kitchen and saw my cat pooping all over the place. so i had to clean all of that up, which was not fun. then i went swimming and my floaty popped. i almost drowned. then i went to the icecream shop to get a nice cone of vanilla ice cream, but when i got my ice cream it was chocolate instead of vanilla. i sucked it up for the sake of having a sweet tooth, but then i dropped it going over a bump in my car and now my car is all sticky and full of ice cream. then i went to pick up my girlfriend and she saw the sticky mess and broke up with me. after that i didn’t know what to do… i cried and cried and cried. then i just wanted some nachos. just some taco bell nachos with cheese sauce….. but when i got home and opened my bag, i had an empty cheese container. i have had the worst day ever. i will not be stopping here again. all i wanted was some nachos from my favorite restaurant after a long day, and i couldn’t even have that. very disappointed.

Terrible experience. Lady taking the order was rude, no napkins. Not offered any sauce packets. Forgot my Cinnamon Twists, then when I got them they were half full. Soda had more ice then soda. Don’t waste your time here.

Food was as expected but they messed up my wife’s order. She wanted two black bean tacos but only one of them was with black bean. She’s a vegetarian and she bit into the one with meat. Not good. They replaced it.

Staff very rude and unprofessional. I arrived 8 mins early and parked two csr lengths behind the ordering sign sat there for about 2 mins when two girls came out too smoke and one yelled we don’t open for 10 more mins even though it’s 855 and they open at 9 so I replied I know no worries. Then she replies with well can you move your messing up my drive through times????

This Taco Bell is horrible. The lobby said closed at a certain time and I called and they told me they were closed at about 8. They finally let me come in and order and it was so dirty in the back. They were very rude and this is how my double cheese Gordita crunch looked it all taste old and cold! If I could give a 0 star I would. Just nasty.

Morning Crew is terrible here. Stood at the counter for several minutes. And older employee walked around aimlessly and ignored me. I left and the Truckstop cashier told me I had to order through the kiosk. So I went back and ordered through the kiosk. Stood at the counter several more minutes i hollered hello and two people came out and said oh, we didn’t hear you come in.
