I went to KFC thinking, “Hey, I need something hearty and affordable all while being cost effective.” So I went to this location. The service was great! The food ……well, how can I now say that California outshines the Midwest with chicken?! I had 5 tiny little not even nuggets of chicken, and now I’m sitting here thinking “KFC.. who hurt you? Why do you hate me?” There used to be so much love, and chicken in these bowls, but now I feel nothing but disdain and hate from you? I need you to make this right and stop treating me like that cousin you’re jealous of. Do better.

Do NOT go to this location if Spencer Bell’s name is on the window. He is supposedly the general manager. He was rude and unprofessional. I had to pull up to a spot to wait for my order to get done. I drove up to the window again after 20 minutes of waiting. According to the girl at the window, Spencer was supposed to bring my food out to me and forgot.. The girl was honestly apologetic. I accepted her apology but asked for the manager to ask him to take something off my bill since I had to wait 20 minutes. He came to the window, slung the window open and said “WHAT!?” seeming very irritated. I called him out about having an additude. He proceeded to swear at me saying people didn’t show up for work. I said that wasn’t my problem, we had some words between us and he ended the conversation with “F-You” and shut the window…..now here I am. I hope Spencer learns a lesson about customer service over this!!

The woman that served me was awesome. She was short-staffed they’re only two people there. She was kind and was trying to stay calm. I told her I worked in restaurants when I was younger for years and that is too bad that you were being treated this way. I would have closed the place. Which I did when I was 19 and I worked at Subway on Clifton. These are great people they work hard please treat them right. That’s really all I can say.

I can’t even review the food since we didn’t get any. We came through the drive thru at 8pm, when they close at 10pm. We had two people in the car and needed to place two separate orders. There were no cars in front of or behind us in the drive thru. When we told employee what we needed, they informed us that they cannot place more than one order in the drive thru. I have done this at countless other fast food restaurants and other KFC locations as well. Since they couldn’t accommodate a simple request, we went to the Wendy’s across the street, who were able to do two separate orders.

They weren’t very busy it was 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon the staff was very friendly our food was hot and fresh the atmosphere was quiet it was just me and my two teenagers and that’s it! We ate our food and shopped at Walmart across the street very convenient.

It’s 9:15PM, this location closes at 10:00PM, the staff are in the restaurant but no one is taking the drive thru orders. Like no one will answer the drive thru. When I pulled to the window the guy saw me looking at him and gestured that they were closed. Excellent service

I liked it here, it was very small compared to your normal KFC, I enjoyed the back splash of informational images about the King himself of the company who started it all. I liked the lady who took my order, I misread what was up on the board, but she didn’t judge me for it, we joked about it , and she was very nice and made sure to tell the customers to have a good day, and to enjoy their night. When she saw them leave, and was patient with them as well.

Picked up chicken for kids at a meeting. Last child was not eating hers because it was. COMPLETELY BLACK (and flat)on the bottom of her chicken leg. When I called to let them know, the “manager” stated to ‘bring the chicken back up and will replace it. AND, I fried the chicken and it want burnt.’ I turned down a replacement piece of chicken. I would post the picture but there is no option. I have called and sent a complaint to Corporate.
