If I could give this store lower than a 1 star, I would. We have given this location numerous chances and today was our last straw. There is never enough donuts or any food products, to the point where they only had maybe 5 donuts in the whole store half way through the morning. Today I grabbed a milk from the cooler and realized it was expired by 4 days. It is also always filthy in the seating area. I do not like writing negative reviews, but I would not recommend this Dunkin location to anyone.

I’ve had numerous trips to this place. Where they are out of cups, eggs, sausage, coffee, ect. Also this is about the 10th time I’ve been there and the employees are unidentifiable, from snap on shirts and hats to pajamas. Please see attached photo, need I say more? Following step by step photos on a assembly mustve not been clear enough. How are the Dunkin’ in gas stations better than this one? To be fair, all components of the sandwich were there, but definitely not in the right order. Pretty sure the cheese goes on the inside the buns. This tops the time I order a coffee to only receive a XL “coffee” that consisted of hot water with cream. They mustve forget that to have a coffee, you have to have coffee grounds to brew it. If you’re still reading you may ask, why do you continue to go back? Just for the slightest hope that one time with the revolving door of employees, that maybe one time it’ll be better. MY ADVICE DRIVE TO 90TH AND CENTER TO THE SUPERIOD DUNKIN’ IN OMAHA.

The coffee here is definitely hit or miss so I just avoid it and get water or chocolate milk or something if I really need to get a drink from here. The hashbrowns would be really good if they were crispy. The everything bagel bites are good. All of the sandwiches are flavorless so I always add mayo and mustard to mine or add an order of the snackin’ bacon to my sandwich. The sourdough one isn’t too bad and it’s pretty filling.

The donuts at this Dunkin donuts weren’t there … Not many donuts to choose from and it was only 2:00. The people ahead of us ordered bagels and wanted cream cheese. They were told that if they had wanted cream cheese they should have ordered it at the time. That there was an extra charge for it. A shouting match ensued. I wanted a mocha coolatta and the girl didn’t think they sold those. I guess that use a slightly different name on the East Coast…. They wound up getting me iced coffee. I didn’t take it… There was confusion at the register, the employee did not talk to ring up our order and was waiting for someone to assist her….. It’s a convenient location for but I do want buy a donut when I go from a selection of just more than 4 varieties…

I always have to go to a different Dunkin because this one has bad customer service, always screwing up the drinks and the food like I swear I be waiting in line for 30 min and waiting another 10 at the window the least you can do is not screw up my order!! Thanks!!! P.s the dunkin on 108th Q is great!! ,but who worked by himself on may 15 at 7:20 in the morning he was super good and deserves a raise
