Customer Service is subpar. The young counter lady is either incompetent or doesn’t want my business. She actually told me they are busy and to call back. If you order by phone, they dont start cooking it until you paid which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Last time i waited 40 minutes inside the small crowded restaurant. food is hit or miss. Cabrito norteno has rubbery overcooked meat Though I havent tasted everything. Soups are solid though
