Ordered a number 14 NO LETTUCE EXTRA peppercorn, with a large fry and large sweet tea no ice. Well what I got was some piece of cold fries not even 1 curly fry in the box, LETTUCE on my wrap and barely any ranch…. We literally sat at the window waiting on my boyfriend jalapeño poppers for about 15 minutes. His order was perfect. When someone ask for no lettuce it may be for a reason.

Taking into consideration that I used to work here They have improved a lot I would say it’s always coming from management if the management is negative then the service and employees are negative there has been a big improvement whether that be because the manager is no longer pregnant and hormones are flying around or what But the food was excellent the service was fast The management at that time was wonderful the employees were nice I would definitely come back again and not wait a year in between like I did before Good job Arby’s

On 2-16-23 drove up to the drive through at just after 9pm before I could order was told they were out of roast beef for the rest of the night. The one reason I stooped there. So they lost a sale. I left. Never have this problem with the indian trail location.
