Haley is a very exceptional worker,it’s very bluntly obvious she likes her job and is great with the public, especially when the other workers are next to her ,She stands out!!! She is always smiling, telling me when there is a deal. Respectful, funny, just professional and knows how to treat customers. If she’s not working, we sometimes walk away due to the energy and vibe or we just take it to go. I asked for her name today because not all good gets recognized. Keep up the good work Haley.

Ate half my bowl there then was going to eat the other half as leftovers. I just reheated it and apparently I ordered an ingredient that had loads of hair in it. There’s so much hair it’s like someone brushed their hair over the food line. I know it’s not mine because it’s below other ingredients

Nobody was in there. Sign on wall said prices may not match menu due to supplier price increases. It’s been awhile since we’ve eaten there and it wasn’t as good as last time. Not the workers fault. The cheese seemed different and the chicken was so so. Guacamole was kinda old. The sour creme extra thin and runny. And two bowls two regular drinks and a chicken quesadilla was nearly $40. I feel like Chipotle had better flavor and if anything might be cheaper. I don’t wish Hot head ill will. But future looks bleak. Also my hot head card is no good anymore (it was full) and they only use a phone app. Now.

After visiting a similar place for years, I decided to give Hot Head a go. I cannot say the food quality is as high as I was expecting but overall it was decent. I had no issues with service and I was in and out quickly, which is a plus. I have visited this location 3 times since it opened and the food has been consistently the same.

When I ordered my FIRST bowl it came with spicy Doritos where as I had order cheese Doritos BC i can not have spicy foods right now or I will get sick. I figured mistakes happened so we got the refund and tried ordering again……my SECOND bowl has spicy Doritos once again but mixed with normal ones….. I then called because now it has been almost three hours since the first time ordering and still no food I can actually eat. The manager seemed nice but couldn’t do anything because we ordered through grub hub. We did discuss cross contamination which would be the case considering I can not have spicy foods which means its a technical allergy, they did not seem to care.

Food tastes great, staff was very helpful and polite. My friend that I was with couldn’t make his mind up and was taking longer than normal and they didn’t try to rush or speed him along. The restaurant was clean and nice looking & the women’s bathroom was very clean and taking care of, even though the lock on the door was broken they did have a very big clear sign on the door letting customers know. Very recommended, will be back!!
