Just order an hour before you are ready to eat. We ordered two medium one toppings and a large 3-topping with wings. Lots of new employees but they were still short staffed. The order was taken quickly and the food was actually ready in 20 mins. The employees were never rude and were giving out free dipping sauce and desserts for the long wait times. Mark worked my order and was respectfully and was the apologist to all of the customers. Great employee! All in all the food was hot, the employees did their best with what they had. Just order you pizza an hour early and you’ll be fine.

This is the WORST customer service ever received, along side how long it took to make one pizza. If you decide after a long day at the beach or craving the pizza. Look else where, because I ordered online one pizza ( pepperoni). Easy. You would think this would be a fifteen minute order. I reference fifteen minutes because that’s what the app told me of how long until my order was ready. My husband goes in to get the pizza and five other families are livid. This should have been a warning to us but we waited. We waited an hour and fifteen minutes to get our pizza. We would have left but we waited because we already paid online. When my husband saw our order he told the guy our pizza was ready. The guy at the counter looked at our pizza closed the box and said he will give it to us after he helped a guy in the lobby. My husband should have taken the box and left. Never come here if you value your time.

Ordered the “Big Dinner Box” through the app and requested curbside pick-up. I arrived, and the pizza was ready about 2 minutes later than quoted in the app. There was a sign stating they were short staffed, so that was pretty close to being on time even with fewer people. The food was hot and prepared per my request. I did not have any issues with my order, and the team member was nice throughout the entire process.

We are here for a month visiting, and every single time we order our food is wrong. The first time, I called to let them know. They remade it, and I went back and got the correct food. The second time when I called, she said I would have to come in with the wrong food before they would start remaking it. I came back, because my young child wouldn’t Eat the spicy wings, and waited for almost a hour for the remake. I wouldn’t recommend going here for pizza!

Food was great, but the customer service and seating area could’ve been better. When we entered all staff was just standing behind the counter talking. The seating area was tidy but could’ve been cleaned a little better. It was also very outdated in decor, tables, and chairs.

I wanted to leave a review for the guy at the front desk- he was basically running the whole restaurant! He was kind and polite to many rude customers and made a point to walk around the dining room and ask if everything was okay with out food. He was also running the register and the drive through. I’m pretty sure the place wouldn’t run without him! He needs a raise! (He had a hat and a beard- I think his name was mark)

Felt bad there were only 3 people working the night before we left we ordered out of convenience we were staying at the days inn by Wyndham next door. I placed the order online and it said 40 min when it meant 1 hour 40 min and the pizzas tasted weird!

Worst order ever! These weren’t even pizza! They were thin, flat, dry, overcooked, and maybe even left under the heat lamp for a bit. They weren’t even hot. I even had to cut them myself. I would guess they could have been old…. Worst experience hands down.

40 mins to receive 2 large pizza (half cooked) all customers that were waiting looked mad.. I ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese lol I got 2 pepperoni. Employees were so slow, they were super busy and only had 4 employees ( employees were ignoring phone calls).

We ordered the special two medium pizzas, bread sticks and cinnamon rolls! The pizza was ABSOLUTELY soaked in grease! The bread stick was a big square of burnt dough literally black on top the cinnamon rolls totally inedible! We spent 39.00 plus tip and threw it ALL AWAY! We are locals and this will be the LAST TIME we order from Pizza Hut! The only reason I gave a two stars is because it was perfectly on time!
