Old Farmhouse Tea was the perfect little cozy retreat my friends and I were looking for this afternoon. Right down to the candle-warmed carafes, this quaint little treasure of a tea house delighted us with a delicious sampling of scone bites, comforting homemade soup, finger sandwiches, fresh fruit & salads, made-from-scratch desserts, and charming servers. The atmosphere had such a homey vibe, and we couldn’t believe how reasonably-priced our experience was. Highly recommend, and look forward to coming back!

From Missouri, had the pleasure of going with my PA BFF last week. It exceeded my expectations! Food was awesome, and absolutely loved hearing the stories and history of the house and surrounding area. Miss Sue is an absolute delight! I could listen to her all day! The Tea House is a perfect setting for a special occasion event. The staff was friendly, the room was lovely, and the tea was delicious. I wouldrecommend alerting them to food allergies or dietary needs prior to your event, as this was the only thing they didn’t seem prepared for.

I love this tea room. I’ve gone several times over the past 10 years. It’s very quaintly decorated for each holiday or season. The China is always beautiful. Their various kinds of hot teas are wonderful! The butter brickle is fabulous! The food is always tasty. There is also a room in the back with all sorts of homemade canned goods for sale, gift baskets, trinkets and dishes. The owner, Sue, and her daughter, Hannah, are always very efficient and accommodating. It’s a great place to go. As well, prices are set at a very good rate.
