This restaurant is fairly new to our little town, so I was excited to finally try it. To my disappointment, they had a sign up letting me know that they were understaffed. We agreed to follow through and prepared for a delay in getting our food. What a surprise to get the best service from Maddie and prompt service to boot. We left very satisfied and will definitely be visiting again. We love Kokita!

We meet some friends here for dinner. The food was excellent, as was the service. This restaurant has an issue with staffing, so much so that they have a sign on the door stating so. Most of the times we’ve been there, it hasn’t been a big deal, nor was this evening as everything was great.

Very kind staff! James was our waiter this afternoon. He was very helpful. Food came out fast and hot. Everything we ordered was delicious! I ordered the steak hibachi. Next time I’m going to get the green curry that my mom ordered. Can’t wait to visit again!

Some co-workers and I go to lunch there often and its always great. Today, we sat down and ordered our food immediately because we always know what we want. The waiter got to our table and dumped two full glasses of sprite and water in my lap. She apologized several times but proceeded to almost dump drinks on me again twice. After she dumped the drinks on me, she didnt even offer me a towel. She started cleaning the floor. We went to the desk for my co-workers to pay and they fully expected me to pay. UMMMM no, im still dripping. She went and got the manager which was very aggravated that I wouldnt pay but told me it was fine. Overall, decent food but they can improve on their service.

Kinda expensive, but the food is really good. And the Asian woman manager/owner whatever she is, is kinda hot but also has a bad attitude. The atmosphere Is peaceful and 4 different fish tanks setup with different fish to watch is cool.

Went for lunch and have to say the variety of Asian cuisine was amazing. I had sushi and spring rolls, and other in my party had beef and broccoli, and soups. The only complaint really was the soups of the day were not that good. The miso Ramen was amazing according to the person who had it. They did seem did seem bit understaffed , but did not effect the quality of the rest of the food. I will define back.

I ordered beef udon all they did was put boiled unseasoned beef in miso soup with udon noodles. There was way too much soup. The katsu curry wasn’t too bad but way too bland to be considered curry.

I’m not one to rate badly. My family dropped in with hopes of a warm meal on a cold day. We left sick. The service was slow and uncaring. The food was horrible. The fish tanks were green.
