Reply to the owner: this happened today (8/29/23). My receipt says I paid at 4:55pm and I was accused about 10 minutes later after I had been sitting there. I work in food service as well and try my hardest to treat them like I would want customers to treat me.

Doors were locked due to staffing issues, so we had to use the drive-thru. Repeated our order twice through the speaker. When we got to the window, the employee refused to listen when we corrected her about the order. Didn’t catch her nam, but she was young with long red hair. We ended up with food we didn’t order, which was horrible and really un-edible, and a diet Pepsi when my dad ordered a Regular Pepsi. We were in no rush, and the horrible service could have been avoided had she just stopped talking over us and just listened to the correct order. This is a family favorite place, has been for many years. My daughters go to every time we come to visit. I’m not sure I will next trip. I wouldn’t give any stars if it were possible. Ver disappointed.

I absolutely loved the crispy tacos. I ate them in my car and had to go back for two more. The employees were fast and cleanliness was on point. Price is a bit high but well worth it for me. Highly recommend.

Food is good but I just ordered for my six kids and I and the man at the speaker acted extremely annoyed that I was ordering food, at a restaurant. I’m sitting at the window right now and honestly if my husband would let me I’d have just driven off. Sorry to bother your employees with my purchase.

Way over priced for the quality of food. I remember when this was Taco Den and it was pretty good. Now it’s just a low quality, price gouging, I-5 trap. Save your money and go to Taco Bell.
