Every time I come here nothing is ready. They tell me the wait time is 7-10 minutes and still waiting 30 minutes later. I thought the whole point of this place being “hot and ready” was to come in, grab and go. I understand when it’s busy but there has been numerous times that I’m the only one in. I am all for a relaxed and chill work environment, however these workers have zero sense of urgency or respect for the customer. Many times they are just chatting in the back. But I guess you get what you pay for.

I was thinking of giving them a 4 star due to the long wait time, but what can one expect when they’re so busy. It’s an alright place, just don’t go here if you’re in a hurry. Best would be to call and make the order from home, then go pick it up.

I went to Little Caesars to get a couple of pizzas for work. I arrived at the preselected pickup time but the pizza was not ready. Apparently, one of the pizzas had the wrong ingredients so I had to wait a few minutes. The pizzas were finally ready and I was given the wrong pizza for my wait. The pizzas had a great flavor and the cheese stuffed crust pizza was great. First time tasting it at Little Caesars and I would definitely recommend it. Customer service was also great. I will definitely be back.

I place my order to pick up arrive on my order is not ready They told me I had to wait 5 minutes more which is 20 minutes already And then I ask If it’s ready again and they told me I had to wait 6 minute more so it ended in 30 minutes right there It was not busy at all They need to do better orders by phone and better customer service

Unfortunately I was very I’ll for days after eating from here last Friday. I would give 1 star but I have a feeling it was the ranch (yellow/sour) and not the pizza. Also disappointed the crazy bread has become dry plain breadsticks over the years but that’s company wide and nothing to do with this location. The Detroit Style is a step in the right direction.

Horrible pizza, all crooked, badly cut, burnt and others raw, and the workers are very slow. We have to wait almost an hour. Because they are people who have documents and are the laziest to work, if they hired staff without documents, they would get the job done faster.

Quick service! Food is good and hot. That’s pretty much all you need from a fast food place, right? I got the deep dish, which has too much cheese for me personally, but I love the normal hot and ready pizzas that are more balanced.
