Ordered online for pick up at window. Had to wait a few minutes for them to fix food. Ordered the Cravings Box. What I got was a Cravings Bag which was wet from my food not being properly wrap and the juices from the food had soaked thru the wrapers. I was a mess by the time I got home. The potatoes were over cooked and dry. The young lady at the window was friendly.

This was my taco I ordered. What an absolute disgrace of an attempt. Pepsi was also out of syrup so just got carbonated colored water. One of the worst experiences ever. This is also my first review I’ve ever written about any restaurant in my 35 years on earth. Just shameful Taco Hell!!!

Worst taco bell customer service ever. Drive thru employee was rude, she said she was the manager and another young man imposed as a manager. They both gave an insincere automated apology for poor customer service. When asked for a refund both MANAGERS said they couldn’t give a refund and to come back tom. I requested the manager write on the receipt that I am requesting a refund and did not receive my food, he refused. When I asked for the phone number he said I can look on the receipt, to get out of his window and his establishment, and called the cops for trespassing…

Just right. Everything was perfect and they had extra items that I didn’t expect to see on the menu. Good place to stop. Pepsi should be proud of this one. Bathrooms were clean as well! Accessible for handicapped easily. Good window service.

Terrible. I have never experienced anything like this. Children working the whole establishment and I saw no adult in sight. Young man was cursing over the drive thru intercom while taking my order and I walked in because my food was wrong. No one came to assist me until I had to yell over employees to get someone’s attention. Terrible customer service and when I asked for a manager a kid walked up very unprofessionally speaking to me as if they had an attitude. Very aggressively. I will never go here again. And this wasn’t the first time I had this unpleasant experience.this store is completely out of control.

Went there for lunch, 7/16/23. Wanted to order at the counter, was told we had to use the kiosk. Did not see tea on the kiosk and it showed the price was 2.29 for the soft drinks. Sign behind the counter showed 1.99 for the small drinks? Told the lady behind the counter, (I’m guessing the manager) about the price and no tea showing at the kiosk screen. She looked at me like I was from Mars. I finally figured out you had to press the drink icon on the kiosk screen and it did reveal the 1.99 price. After talking back and forth with lady behind the counter, she finally said the tea wasn’t available to purchase on the kiosk because the water was bad. She initially never told us that after we said we did not see the tea icon on the kiosk screen, after she saw us struggling to find the icon! Very poor help from the staff on trying to order on the kiosk. Some older people also need help as they are not as computer savvy. This staff was unwilling to help in any way!

First of all, the kiosk ordering was a little bit hard and a little bit complicated to work. We ordered twice on 7/16/23 and today, 7/18/23. The first day, the oil used was bad and left a nasty aftertaste in nearly all of our food that day. The second, Nancy’s Burrito Supreme, and there were missing ingredients, the taste felt lacking, and there wasn’t even sour cream on it. The service was indifferent to us on both days. Both orders were under Nancy Ross. We will be reluctant to come again.

Went into dining room today for lunch 1pm. Never was waited on. Was told to use kiosk to order. Waited 25 mins. Several other people walked out after not being waited on at all. Drive thru patrons were being served. I finally asked what was going on and the manager got an attitude. I asked for a refund. Never again in life will I go to blythewwod taco bell. I am retired military veteran. I treat everyone with respect. Obviously taco bell cares less about their complete customer service experience. Need more workers on shift for company.

Wow, after looking at some of the reviews I did not know what to expect. I received excellent customer service, received the correct order, and the cashier named Jerry, was great at pointing at the combo deal for 2 chalupas with another taco. I enjoyed my experience at Taco Bell on Blythewood Rd.

Place was clean. Food was good. Service….I don’t know what to say. We was the only people in line but, it took about 8-10 min to get any service. Everyone was working on what I believe I heard to be a 12 taco party pack or something. I mean it was ok to wait but at least acknowledge the fact we were standing there. Also, was just trying to redeem a reward that was sent to me in the app. Now this is the kiosk’s problem. You cannot redeem anything through the kiosk. Now on the app, you HAVE to have some type of card to even redeem things at least for what the company sent me. Like I said, just that day I went, they were busy and not trying to convince anyone from going because I’m going back myself.
