Beans & Brews Coffee House has been around since 1993, when the Laramie family opened shop next to Salt Lake City’s beloved hangout, Liberty Park. The family refined the process of high-altitude roasting, which results in uniquely smooth coffee with intense flavor.
Beans & Brews—or “Beans,” as friends call us for short—is now a staple around Utah and its friends, Idaho and Nevada.
Our guests are our reason for getting up in the morning. We love greeting regulars with their favorite drinks, made just the way they like ‘em. And we dig getting to know newcomers from all over the world and welcoming them to the Beans community.

Brewed Coffee
Ah, the classic. This is our go-to here at Beans–we’re famous for the High Altitude Roasting that gives our brews a smooth intensity. We use 100% Arabica coffee beans and produce a flavor you can’t find anywhere else.
Espresso
It’s rich, it’s aromatic, and it packs a punch! We roast our beans at high altitude, then finely grind them and force high-pressure water over them to produce this extra-dark, extra-delicious pick-me-up.
Eye Opener
Slow morning? We have the solution. Enjoy our French roast brew with two added shots of espresso. That’s one for each sleepy eye.
Americano
For an Americano, we add a shot of espresso to piping-hot water to create a drink as strong as a drip coffee, but with the rich flavor and aroma you only find with an espresso.

I started coming into this location a few weeks ago. I walk in not drive thru. I don’t like drive thu. People are to lazy these days. Since coming here i have grown to know in this little amount of time Hailee, Chris and Tyler. I wish I could provide 100 star’s. When I pull up they know exactly what I want. I don’t even have to order it. They go the extra mile in making it specifically the way I like. Not only that, the great conversations I’ve had with them have been fun. This is the old school way of doing thing’s. That’s sadly not so common anymore. If they ever needed any employment I would hire them with no experience just based on the quality of type of people they are. The positive attitudes. ✨️ People like these 2 is what sets businesses apart. I hope beans & brews knows the value of these guy’s. I certainly do. Great job guys. I would drive miles out of my way for coffee just cause of the service they provided me.

If you’re already in the District, do yourself a favor and go 10 minutes out of your way (5 there and back) to the South Jordan 305 location up the road from this one. Although I’ve never been a fan of going inside here, I used to love this location’s drive through for the convenience, quality, and service. Sadly, something has happened, and in the last year or so my experiences have gone steadily from bad to worse. I keep making the mistake of returning, because I am in the District several days a week and sometimes I’m in a rush, but after today, I won’t make that mistake again. I feel bad for the occasional good barista I encounter here, and hope they can find their way to a different location. This place needs a total fresh start. Until then: go to a different location.

This is definitely one of my favorite locations! The employees, including management, are always super friendly, helpful and fast but efficient! They pay attention to my order and as far as I can remember, have never gotten it wrong. Today, Addie and Jordyn (sp?) were my baristas. They made my drinks perfect and even wrote cute notes on them. Sweet girls! I really appreciate the service at this location. Would highly recommend!

Honestly I love everyone at the shop I’ve grown up going to Beans & Brews and have always loved them but Alyssa (district manager) needs to go! She’s awful! Treats the employees like trash all the good employees that make my drinks have left because of Alyssa and they’re in a rush to bring new people in to replace them and they don’t make any drinks correctly now.

I’m sad to say this location has really gone down hill. My husband and I frequent Beans & Brews and have been going to this location for about 2 years now. This used to be our favorite Beans, but the service is not the way it used to be. Too many employees with attitudes or just bad customer service skills all together. Today, after placing our order in the drive thru, the employee forgot to turn off her mic and we heard her complaining after taking our order. This employee was very unfriendly so we did not leave a tip. That seemed to just upset her. She seemed very annoyed and didn’t say another word to us, even after we thanked her for preparing our drinks and food. When my husband went to take a bite of his sandwich, the center was still frozen- that’s something that seems to happen more and more often at this location.

Used to be a super fan of this coffee. The dine in areas are always great for me, decorations, lights, quiet, some of the restaurants have table games which my son loves! BUT… lately coffee has a taste to “dirty water” so to speak. Maybe just water but is not this lovely coffee taste.. I hope there is something they can do to improve it
