I had high expectations for the newly opened Wood House BBQ, but unfortunately, my dining experience was disappointing. The front desk service personnel were indifferent, and the waiting time was excessively long. Moreover, the food quality was not up to par. It’s surprising that a dedicated barbecue restaurant couldn’t even match the taste of grilled skewers at Ox 9 Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodles. I won’t be returning or recommending this place. I hope the restaurant can improve its service quality.

If you wanna better experience don’t go there. I waited 40 mins to get only one item. The other tables arrived later than us got food faster. It would not be a pleasant experience if you bring a hungry toddler waiting this long. What’s worse, no apologies from anyone for the waiting and the mess up. Tips: if you wanna go there, don’t sit at the rear table. YOU get nothing. Last, I’d you are not hungry and have tons of patience, you can definitely try here.
