I got married tonight. I went on a one month hiatus of fast food with my fiance. We placed an $84 order. It cancelled 1.25 hours after it was placed after we had an Uber eats driver waiting in the drive through. Ruined my night and my marriage. Would not recommend.

Tack stuck
Drive thru was slow. Went in, still waited 50 minutes for my food. While the manager was constantly in the restroom, then nodding out on the line as his younger and much less experienced co-workers tried their very best to help. The crew was untrained didn’t have enough experience and that’s not their fault because the strength of the manager should have been there to help them instead he was bringing them down. People from the drive through were literally driving away after waiting over an hour and not even getting an order placed it was ridiculous

Stop in for a dine in with my two children after a long day of work did not want to cook plus taco bell is a quick decent go to and by the house convenient walk. I’ve visited this location previously and the service was cool. Today was a completely different experience and one that has changed the way that I see this company so I highly doubt I will be spending my money here again under Lockwood and McKinnon management. I had placed an order at the mobile kiosk and made a half payment with card and half cash, to complete I had to wait for a cashier to assist me. I waited about 5min for the store manager to come over and then didn’t realize the manager gave me change instead of taking my payment, which the kiosk only takes card. After waiting another time frame realized I had not been even given a cup and the manager didn’t even tell me that the order wasn’t even placed. So I was sitting there for no reason with two energetic children running ramped my hands were full. Simple compassion is all that I expect from the Yung man but instead was met with disregard, disrespect, and was told that I was making his life complicated by even voicing my opinion. If I had record the incident this for sure would have gone viral. Next time I will because the type of people these people are employing will surely run their brand into the ground!

I’ve ordered a few times from this location through Ubereats and they always forget my straws, napkins, and sauces. Even when specifically instructed to include these items they don’t end up in the bag. don’t sell me a taco without the sauce .. come on

Got 2 nacho bell grandes that were topped nicely. Ordered Doritos locos tacos but they accidentally gave me a normal taco, either way they did a good job and the food was great. Also they were friendly and patient.
