I’ve been here 3 times in the past few months and they’ve given me 3 fries each time. The first 2 times an employee told us to pull ahead to the garbage can after paying. Gross. Chicken is consistently cooked to a crisp to the point I can’t chew half of it, they didn’t forget my biscuit but didn’t include honey. This was like $15… don’t go unless you check the food 2-3x

It has never failed that when I place an order and return home, it’s always missing items or not accurate. This leads me into calling this location and having to drive back for missing or corrected item. 1 time is understandable, but everytime afterwards is not. Good food, however service needs improving.

The chicken was really good. Don’t bother with the sides – a waste of money. Staff was short-handed. We went through the drive-through and had to go back because the order was wrong. They were good about substituting a different side since they were out of the one I had ordered. Unfortunately, I had subbed in the coleslaw, which was either expired or just incredibly bad.

This has to be the worst Popeyes I’ve eaten at. I waited 30 minutes for a 12 piece nugget meal just to find out they forgot my biscuits as I was 20 miles away. All of the staff except for the (manager?) was standing around saying “I already made an order so you do one” even when I was the only customer there. The lady who is likely the manger who ended up handing me my order was very polite though. Still wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re ok with subpar and untimely service.

I’ve never tried the Popeyes chicken sandwich. So, I thought I would since I’ve heard ‘it’s the best’..better than Chick-fil-A. Food first…chicken sandwich was good, reminded me of Hardee’s old chicken sandwich which were really good. This one was good, juicy, crunchy crust. Was good. Cajun fries were kind of cold and not very CAJUN. Biggest issue…staff. Holy Moly. Apparently guy running the drive through didn’t have a key to the register to give change. A huge fight ensued between the staff. Lady ended up coming to the window & asked me what my problem was. I didn’t have one. Just waiting for my food and I said I needed 10cents in change which I didn’t need. There was a lot of cussingand yelling between staff. It was a little crazy.

I ordered spicy chicken and I got plain. I went through the drive thru because I had a long drive home. I haven’t had Popeye’s in a long time. I wasn’t going to turn back especially when I didn’t realize until I got home.

I pulled up to drive through. They said “be with you in a minute”. 11 minutes later I said “Hello”, they said “”we’ll be with you in a moment. ” 13 minutes later I drove away. Waiting over 20 minutes at a drive through is ridiculous. I love Popeyes, but not sure if I will ever go back to the Dubuque IA store again.

Food was good, but it took them nearly an hour to make it, as half the staff were just walking about in the restaurant on their phones and chatting. Only one dude was in the kitchen making food while the rest goofed off.
