We had an absolute blast here and the food was amazing! Talk about a place full of locals! Everyone knew each other, the food was authentic, the people were authentic, the portions were gigantic! I literally felt like we had visited a neighborhood in New York. Listening to stories from the customers about the “old days” just added the perfect little extra that made it all that more special. Let me start off with a BIG WOWWWWW. MAMA MIA this place is good. The portions are gigantic which allows you to enjoy and savor the tastes for days with great leftovers. We had a calzone, pasta with some yummy Bolenesse sauce and the chicken Frank Sinatra dish. All three were excellent choices. We ended with an outstanding butter cake dessert. Our waitress was Kaitlyn and she from what we gathered is Kin to big Joe and she was excellent. They make you feel as if your eatting at home. Highly recommend.

We had our first experience on May 20th. It’s not a very big restaurant, but don’t be fooled by that. The food was really good! And the portions are HUGE! Our waitress was amusing and excellent. She explained the specials, portion sizes, and how we could save a few dollars by paying cash! We had a great meal, a great time, and a great reason to go back!

Came in today for lunch. The food was excellent, however, our friends paid for lunch, once she ran the card, the waitress hid in the back. Our friend waited for her to get change but she never came back out. We went out to load our child and the waitress literally chased us out chastising us for not leaving a tip. She yelled and carried on that we shouldn’t go out to eat if we don’t know how to tip for service. My husband went back in to leave a tip and she was rude. My office frequents this eatery often and we will NOT be coming back. You don’t treat your patrons like that.

Canceled our order without notification. Ordered four large pizzas, we received 4 small pizzas that were dried out and burnt. Service was extremely rude when we collected the pizza and our receipt was thrown away, right infront of us.

I look at menu online and ordered Cheese Ravioli dinner with meat sauce. Online the Cheese Ravioli is $13.99 plus bump for meat sauce. I get to the restaurant to pickup my order and find the price is actually $18.99 plus the bump for meat sauce. Also, if you use your debit card there’s a 3% surcharge.

My son and I have been going here since they opened. Excellent food and very generous portions! Joe and family have been so wonderful to us always! Joe also does a lot to support the local community and is just a gentleman in every respect. They not only have our business forever but we are also proud to call him our friend! My husband and I have been searching for a good Italian restaurant since we moved to the Tampa area. This is the closest we have found to what my husband enjoyed in NJ. He had the baked ziti and I had the Sicilian lasagna. They were both delicious, but super hot. They were also generous portions. I was only able to eat half of mine. The baked dishes came with a small salad and garlic toast. We want to go back and try more dishes.
