Inexperienced staff, rude, severely understaffed and constantly closed, always someone behind the counter refusing to make your drink, came here 4 times in the past year was served only once by the sweetest barista, don’t remember her name but she had a hearing aid, extremely polite, quick service, amazing personality, gave her a fat tip she deserves a raise, every one else however is just completely incompetent. I suggest going to the actual Starbucks less than a minute down the street.

The worst place to get coffee. I can’t wait for the new Starbucks to come to Ephrata. The employees are super nice but whoever is the manager, needs to be fired. They don’t educate their employees how to make drinks. They run out of everything like straws and even one time white chocolate. I’ve waited almost 20min for a coffee because they only have one barista working during rush hour in the morning. This has been going on for years so if I could give it zero stars I would. I suggest that Safeway just closes their shop when the new Starbucks is open.

they didn’t have anything we ordered. I asked for their cold turkey sandwich and got a hot bacon and egg breakfast muffin. My sister tried to order a basic pink drink and they didn’t have that either. so she asked for a different refresher and they didn’t have any. the baristas were fine but overall they didn’t have half of the starbucks menu

We ordered 5 drinks, all with extra shots on coffees and two ice drinks, asked for light on ice. We got drinks that were very milky and no taste of coffee. Asked them to redo two drinks, employees acted upset with us. Got new drink same gross taste. Attached a picture of the light ice drink…. all ice. Very disappointed!
