Have had a couple decent experiences at this pizza hut. But will not order from here again. Ordered through pizza hut and was 40 min late. The website still does not say it was ever delivered. Food was pretty much cold and tasted old. Pepperoni pizza was pretty good. Bread sticks were missing. Icing was missing for cinnamon sticks. The melt I wanted to try was basically a very sad folded over pizza. It wasn’t even the melt I ordered. Was no where near the high standards that pizza hut usually holds themselves to. Don’t go to this location unless you’re dying. The pizza may be ready for your funeral.

The food was messed up. We ordered cheesey bread sticks for extra but received regular bread sticks and they’re was no sauce on our pizza. We also got buffalo wings but they weren’t spicy at all; they tasted sweet like teriyaki wings. The only good part of our visit was the nice cashier at the counter.

Horrible pizza place. I love tipping people. But when drivers demand for a tip before I get my pizza, then I believe that’s horrible service. Also when you wait on the tip with card and want to tip with cash. They give the order to door dash making my order 30 minutes late from the 50 minute wait time. I don’t appreciate eating cold pizza that costed me $40. This is unacceptable for any business, especially a multi billion dollar company. Save your money this pizza isn’t worth it’s cost!! I would put zero stars if it was possible.

Have had good pizza from this pizza hut. However last night I ordered through pizza hut. It was 45 min late and never got a notification it was delivered. The order was cold and incorrect. I did not receive bread sticks. I received the wrong melt. And did not receive icing for the cinnamon sticks. The pizza was up to pizza hut standards other than being cold. Everything else was very poor quality. Very disappointed

I placed my order, I was notified it was out fr delivery. An hour later it was not here. I called the store. They said they canceled my order. Said they called and my phone was disconnected, I told them that’s impossible I’m talking on it right now. I asked for my order to be made and delivered. They tried charging me $10 more for the same order. After I asked for a manager they got the price right. Then it was delivered by DoorDash? Not the store? And the pizza was missing the mushrooms and the food was cold. Worst experience I’ve ever had with Pizza Hut.
