This place was awesome. The food service and vibes were all great. Some of the best sushi I have had in the US. This place is a bit pricier than others in the area but well worth it in my opinion. Everything we got was fantastic. Our server was super nice and attentive too. The sushi options were a bit limited but everything was super good quality. The salmon truffle carpaccio was melt in your mouth delicious 10/10 highly recommend

Newer place in downtown Apex. Service is quick. The portion sizes for lunch were on the smaller side – 6 sushi rolls for the salmon rolls, and the spicy salmon poke bowl was also on the smaller side but the food was very tasty, fresh and I would definitely return to try something else.

We’re so glad to have Sushi Suyu in downtown Apex! The sushi is fresh and delicious, and there’s also yummy non-sushi Korean dishes. We had sushi (avocado and cucumber), KFC (spicy Korean chicken), vegetable dumplings (green noodles stuffed with cabbage filling), and edamame. We’re excited to return and enjoy more dishes!

A fantastic lunch option and I’m sure it’s good for dinner but we typically go during lunch. The quality of Sushi is actually fantastic. The place is super clean and the service is both friendly and helpful. I seem to see familiar faces when we go which tells me they keep the same people around. Definitely recommend

Came here on a date night with my husband and it was SO good. Definitely need to make a reservation cause it was packed when we left. The service was great and the rolls were excellent. My husband is a spicy tuna fan but didn’t like the taste of the tuna they used. The dumplings were so good! Definitely will be back.

Always exploring sushi joints around Raleigh/Sanford area. This place came with high ratings and did not disappoint. The Korean dishes on the menu are amazing coming from a half Korean used to momma’s cooking! Sushi is great tasting and the display is impressive.
